You will need to take 1 photo inspired by what makes you happy What is expected of you when completing assignments:
1. Using photos taken before attending this class to complete assignments counts as a form of plagiarism, the same way that turning in old papers you have written counts as a form of plagiarism according to EGCC guidelines.
2. Please only turn in JPEG files. It is also very important that you acknowledge that to prevent issues with Canvas we ask that you convert all photos taken with DSLR from RAW to Jpeg, if you intend on using RAW format. There is more information about how to do that in Unit 5 as well as more information on RAW in general. The rules of Critique Corner are simple!
3. Keep your critiques positive and only about things that the photographer has control over and can change. These are things such as lighting, composition, or background. Do not critique the physical appearance of the subject in a negative way. 2. Post a photo you took this week, or a photo you need advice on how to fix. You are going to get feedback here from your classmates and instructor. 3. Be nice! No one wants to have someone tear their work apart! This is a friendly atmosphere! Let's keep it that way.
4. Only post your own work. If you would like to recommend a photographer to someone, you can recommend it to me and I might include that photographer in our weekly email! 5. Keep your work school and work appropriate!
