Task:

1. Please use Tableau for this quiz. You have 35 minutes.

2. You should submit pdfs or screen prints of your 3 sheets.

3. Connect to the data which can be found at this link.

4. Create a new calculated field that sums the four types of minutes: day, evening, night, international. Call it Total Call Minutes.

5. In the Data Source tab, create an alias or use your own way to change the displayed name for the clusters from cluster_x where x can be the numbers 0-9 to just the number 0-9 (you are getting rid of the "cluster_" part of the name in each row. (You will use this new calculation in your second sheet.

6. For your first sheet, create a bar chart viz of the sum of churn per cluster. The labels for clusters should be just the number of the cluster, not the "cluster_x" original label.

7. For your second sheet, create a bar chart viz of the median Total Call Minutes per cluster. Once again, the labels for clusters should be just the number of the cluster, not the "cluster_x" original label.

8. For your third sheet, create a bar chart viz of the average number of customer service calls per cluster. Once again, the labels for clusters should be just the number of the cluster, not the "cluster_x" original label.

9. Go back and sort all three bar charts in descending cluster order. The cluster that has tho highost bar should bo first.
