Character Analysis of Character H and Themes in Novel

Need clear thesis statement with 3 main ideas. i want to write about character H from Novel. How those theme affect character life.

• You should pay attention to particular time frames and settings and how these come into play in your analysis.
• You should consult experts in the field, scholarly journals/articles to support your arguments.

1. Character Analysis:  Analyze one of the characters based on one or two of the themes of the novel that we discussed in class. You will need to look at the historical time frame and setting of the character and offer researched support for the analysis of how that timeframe/historical events affected the character and/or their ultimate outcome.

2. Thematic Analysis: Choose one theme onlyand illustrate how this specific theme is portrayed in the novel and with particular characters. For example, heritage, the importance of names, scars (emotional and physical), racism, relationships, dehumanization, isolation, freedom or lack of it, privilege, segregation, discrimination can all be developed into themes. What are the key moments when certain characters or their setting/situations/actions portray this theme or when we, as readers, see this theme emerge and why is it important? Use specific examples from the novel to support your argument.

3. Motif Analysis: Motifs are threads, elements or images that appear consistently throughout the novel and which have symbolic significance in a story. Through its repetition, a motif can help produce other literary aspects such as theme or mood. For example, fire, the black stone, blood, scars.
