Task:

Research the different roles and provide your title for the selected role category. Post your selected role in your assigned interdisciplinary team’s forum area (make sure nobody else on your team has selected the role), and then post your selected role in this classroom discussion forum area. Do not duplicate the roles inside of the team.

Administrative Management Role: Administrator, Administrative Leader, Director of Administration, or Facility Manager - Should you select this role; you will be considered the leader of the team.

Financial Management Role: Revenue Cycle Manager, Finance Manager, or Business Office Manager.

Compliance Management Role: Director of Compliance, Manager of Compliance & Privacy, Privacy Officer, Ethics, HIPAA, & Privacy Manager.

Supply Chain Management Role: Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Purchasing Manager, Director of Purchasing & Procurement, Distribution Director, or Supply Chain Lead.
Risk Management Role: Director of Risk Management, Risk Manager, Safety Manager, Manager of Quality & Risk, or Risk Operations Manager.

Patient Experience Management Role: Patient Experience Manager, Director of Patient Experience, Manager of Performance Improvement & Patient Experience, Patient Advocate, Patient Services Coordinator, or Customer & Patient Experience Director.

Legal and Policy Consultant: Legal Operations Consultant, Strategy & Policy Advisor, Health Policy Consultant, or Legal Project Manager Consultant.
Plant Facility Management Role: Director of Facilities Management, Facilities Operations Manager, Environmental Services Director, Director of Facilities Operations, or Plant Operations Manager.

The person assuming administrative management role duty will serve as the group leader. The group charter needs to be developed and posted in the group forum by the due date. All members contribute to group charter development. Make sure to define conflict resolution strategies and documentation.  Be specific defining the working procedures, communication channels, and time management responsibilities. The group forums will be restricted to the other groups’ access.
