Soldier Angels: Providing Comfort to Militants and Their Families

“Soldier Angels” is the selected project on which we are working for exploring our real life experience in managing services, resources, and comfort to the militant and their families. The aim of the organization is to provide needy resources to the militant and their family so that they can live comfortable life. It is our social responsibility to give our offerings to the people who are providing their services, dedication, and sacrificing life for the welfare of nation. It has been experienced that there is a difference in thoughts and opinions of team members, project leaders, and other officials in managing operation. Soldier Angel is working on the values and principles such as compassion, effectiveness, dedication, efficiency, credibility, and developing responsive behavior (Sara, 2017). It is the individual responsibility and leadership quality for managing smooth operation at work place. Author suggested that civic virtue should be followed so that right behavior and working culture is adopted by team to give excellence of their work.

Social responsibility gives the feeling of oneness at workplace. It helps in increasing connectivity between team members to flourish their work flawlessly. Adoption of right behavior for the distribution of responsibilities without doing discrimination helps in motivating employees to give their best for benefit of project. It has been also realized that changing behavior by following civic virtue increases efficiency of managing collaboration and coordination with the working parties. It is focusing on optimizing ethical code of conduct for achieving trustworthiness and social participation in flourishing work performance. It is helpful in developing common interest for accomplishing mission statement.

Emotional attitude of the people are changing for triggering warnings. Truth plays a vital role in attaining progress in knowledge expansion so that findings are formulated for gaining organization knowledge. There are four parameters of truth to balance organization knowledge such as establishing background of saying new truth, replacing accuracy in formulation of organization goal, defining methods for rectifying errors and complexities of the working program, and generating hypothesis for analyzing negative impact on the organization instances. Sphere of truth is developed for organizing truth in the time-line platform (Adler, 2016). Ideas of truth are realized for measuring progress of time. Inclusion of truth is the basic requirement of every field such as scientist, judge, and others. Course of action plan is prepared for realizing two factors which are time and truth. Experts are resolving threats, complexities and disputes in establishing truth. Investigation and research is affecting by difference in opinions and conflict. Divergence in opinion is creating disputes in retrieving set targets. Disagreement among the team members is resolved by increasing tolerance level.

The Role of Civic Virtue in Managing Smooth Operation at Workplace

Development of the good society is judged by combining elements of community such as relationship between individual, managing criss-cross cultural individual relationship, and measuring sharing of values, and others. Identity of culture is defined by bonding and sharing of values so that sustainability is achieved by sharing of values and norms according to organization culture. Each human value is having its own limitation so that physical and mental bonding is affected by moral coding. Assessment of power relation is depending on autonomy and incompatibility of human need. Sharing of bond focuses on minimizing conflicts among the individual so that communal harmony can be kept balanced (Etzioni, 2017). Inequality should not be flourished during assignment of jobs and responsibilities. Economic of economic assets is gaining by utilizing resources to their maximum capabilities. Economic resources are controlled by political power for getting maximum benefits. Community and working society plays an important role in establishing asset control, maximizing value of sources, creating facts and logic in sharing culture.

Establishment of laws and regulation helps in minimizing violation of laws, tracking of punishment, and value enforcement. Compatibility of society is evaluated on moral values and maintaining autonomy of person. Clear understanding of good and bad values helps in increasing moral understanding of sharing ideas and thoughts in the society for upgrading business values. Assemblage of changing features and condition helps in increasing tolerance power of the society. Bonding between present and future of the individual is depending on liberty of sharing thoughts, progress, and enlightenment. There is a scope of expressing thoughts and services so that civilized sentiments and emotions can be drafted. Loyalty and gratitude of human progress is evaluated by work done. Administration of humanity is eminence by considering government norms.

Development of the good society is measured by civic virtue followed in managing operation in the working curriculum of community. From the investigation, it is found that there are some standards, qualities, principles, and values of developing society into good society which are categorized as fairness policies used for assignment of work and balancing coordination among individuals, providing freedom of speech and follow up of action plan of their choice, follow up of security standards and policies, generating compassion among working people, reducing poverty level, and increasing welfare and attaining economic sustainability (New Statesman, 2018). Principles are followed for developing good society such as follow up of basic standard of living, securing lives, flourishing balancing of emotional content, participating in taking care of individual, and sustainability in getting adequate result for achieving next generation.

The Sphere of Truth: Organizing Truth in the Time-line Platform

Linking of principles helps in balancing centralized idea of drafting community. Economic concern of the society is mapped by four factors which are liberty, impartiality, level of tolerance, and security architecture. GDP of nation is calculated for analyzing the rate of poverty and per capita income of the individual. There are benefits in generating social bonding and social capital by designing straightforward approach on the basis of bonds, bridges, and linkages. Cooperation and innovation are facilitated by exchanging social capital. There is a scope of criticism due to follow up of right behavior, standards, and values and interest of individual of community. Isolation of human capital is promoted by exploring value of social bonding and social capital. Poverty of the nation is reduced by granting methods of generating extra income source because it will provide happiness to the people (OECD Insight, 2015). Primary goal of the society is to bring stability by defining humiliation among them. Shelter, food, and clothes are the basic requirement of people. Our organization is working for providing basic entities to the militants and their families because motto of the organization is that “people who are serving us should be served first”.

Leadership plays a vital role in increasing efficiency and expertise of team members to build iconic organization. Executives are working on increasing tolerance level by handling criticism, increasing confidence, and trust. A good leader should be capable of managing leadership operation by giving answers of all questions asked by the team members. Economic values of the organization are recognized by human values so that obligations can be minimized. Validity and verification of system is affected by developing strategic planning so that loyalty to the customers is provided. There is scope of supervising employees by providing them consultation. It is assumed that behavior of the people is changed by humiliating organization culture and leadership quality. Controlling of human behavior is helping in minimizing risks and complexities (Taylor, 2017).

Fiction action plan is prepared which focuses on influencing interest, sentiments, and emotions of the working society. It is difficult to judge interest and willingness of the person. Virtue of the society is depending on integration of leader in developing good plans, measuring performance, and creativity to handle chaos and conflicts in the society. Tracking of conflicts in the interest level of individual and requirement is useful for exploring negative and positive on the overall performance of work done. Systematic operations are manageable by exploring good leadership. Working efficiency of the team members is tracked by evaluating target goal, level of interest conflict, sharing of ideas, and balancing ethical code of conduct. Setting of guidelines and mentoring program is helpful for influencing sub-ordinate and tracking of situation. Efficiency of the leader is enhanced by focusing on inducing effective communication procedures, guidance, motivation, and increasing throughput of productivity (Madison, 2012).Entry 6:

Community Development: Combining Elements of Community for Sustainability

In society, people have to relate and connect. Civic virtue as a standard of righteous behavior in relationship to a citizen’s involvement in society is the guiding principle to many people (Snow, 2018). Some people feel that they have a responsibility to take part in activities that are important to their society. Any individual that participates in an activity that is for the good of society exhibits civic virtue. It sounds good for an individual to participate, at least in an activity that supports development in society. Engaging in volunteering, attending meetings, or even voting is one activity that demonstrates civic virtue. According to the article by Bosin, civic virtue enables people to know how they are tied to their community and their responsibilities within society. The author adds that an educated citizen to some great level can be a public good. This underscores the importance of education in enhancing civic virtue. In addition, civic virtue allows citizens to tolerate and relate with each other humanely in society. Ideally, going by what Sandel writes about in his book, civic virtue is about doing what is good or right for society (Michael, 2010). 

In this project, the focus was to understand how civic virtue serves a fundamental role in society. From the project, it was realized that at some point, every citizen exhibits civic virtue. Even taking part in the voting is a demonstration of how an individual can participate in societal building. As citizens, it is crucial to consider voting as a fundamental activity that goes a long way to transform society. It is the right thing for an individual to commit to an activity that, in some way, can better the community. Apart from voting, an individual can take part in philanthropy. Helping those in need and impacting their lives positively is one way an individual can exhibit civic virtue.          

  Are people becoming so intolerant or radically liberal to a point they cannot put up with some things in society? In the project, the focus is on the American mind. How is American reasoning, and is there tolerance to other people’s views? This is the fundamental question that needs to be investigated. For people to live as a community, they have to tolerate each other. However, there is a significant level of intolerance among some Americans that, to some level, is destructive. Intolerance depicts low emotional intelligence, which is not healthy for any society. People need to be emotionally intelligent for them to be self-controlling and self-managing. According to Haidt & Lukianoff (2015), American colleges and universities are demanding the removal of some words in their studies. They think that a word like “rape” is offensive and should therefore be expunged from their studies. Some words are being considered offensive, and students may not be happy hearing or encountering them. The author quoted students telling their professors not to teach rape law. From the perspective of students, it is an offensive subject to teach, but there is an apparent lack of interest for such students to consider if rape is a societal problem. Worst of it, Haidt & Lukianoff (2015) note that students to some level could even want the word “violate” not to be used. The learners have reasons for rejecting the use of such terms in their curriculum. However, given that something like rape happens in society, it makes more sense if it is taught. The learners are merely running short of emotional intelligence; that is why they find everything as simple as learning rape law to be offensive.

Development of a Good Society: Civic Virtue for Balancing Coordination Among Individuals

Achieving social justice is not something easy. It takes commitment and sacrifice for people to achieve what they desire. Society is ever unequal, but for the poor to be heard, they should fight for social justice. Social justice is keen on promoting just and fair relations between society and the individual. It is determined by social privileges, an opportunity for one’s activity, and the distribution of wealth. Society can only be peaceful and productive if the freedoms and rights of everyone are respected in society. According to Cho (2017), social justice should be embedded in multilateral education. Students need to understand and appreciate the role social justice plays in their society. Social justice is the backbone of a progressive society. When wealth and opportunities are distributed across society, people can achieve social justice. Promoting social justice is the right thing that people should persistently do to build a formidable and united society. 

Social justice ensures that the freedoms and rights of everyone in society are protected. Society should be fair and just to everyone, and that is when people could see it as good. Everyone in society deserves the opportunity to grow and create wealth for themselves. People deserve a chance at employment, access to education, health, and other essential things that they find necessary in life. Wang (2018) investigated how principals foster social justice primarily to redress inequity, marginalization, and divisive action that are common in schools. The study findings indicate that social justice advocates usually use their influence by concentrating on individuals principally to build a socially just community. Social justice advocates exercise people-centered leadership, which allows them to others’ needs before theirs. These advocates are self-abnegating and would do whatever is within their means to demand fairness, equity, and positive actions that will empower the unjustly treated people in society. Such efforts are critical in building a society that is strong and observant of the rights of all people regardless of their background.    

What does it take to be a good citizen? People have their lists of what it takes to be a good citizen. According to the Pew Research Center (2018), the traits in the lists vary in terms of their importance. From the survey, a majority agree that voting in the elections is the most crucial trait that indicates good citizenship. Through elections, people are able to choose leaders with agendas to drive the community towards prosperity. Elmholdt et al. (2016) argue that good leaders are able to inspire and motivate people in society. Motivation gives rise to community projects that encourage people to be focused on assisting each other. The overall outcome is a society that has integrated systems, policies, and legislations that enable community projects to prosper. The associated projects and programs include grants that help humanitarian organizations and community workers to uplift the most disadvantaged in the community.

The project was an educative and engaging experience. I gained insights on good citizenship, social justice, tolerance and understanding, and civic virtue. As a good citizen, I am expected to vote in elections, pay all my taxes, always follow the law, and volunteer to help others. It is my duty to participate in government activities intended for the prosperity of the nation. Different people have different beliefs on what it means to be a good citizen. I believe in political systems in which leaders show good leadership skills and maintain their commitments even after being put in power. Volunteering will also assist me in developing my interpersonal skills by interacting with many diverse groups.

In Social justice, every person deserves access to equal social, political, and economic development (Snow, 2018). I learned that I have more powers than I thought. To increase the speed of change in society, I must participate in voting. I will participate in voting by voting for candidates committed to social justice. They will inspire the rest of the citizens to follow their ways of thinking. I have new knowledge of social justice and can effectively participate in volunteering activities through social justice organizations like American Civil Liberties and Planned Parenthood. Ignoring social justice is quite detrimental to the success of society. It may lead to frustrations, many divisions, and increased anger. Society should be in a position to celebrate diversity in its communities and country as a whole (Haidt & Lukianoff, 2015). This approach improves cohesiveness and active engagement in community activities.
