1. Consider physical,social and cultural diversity. Specify four (4) factors that could influence and lead to miscommunication in the scenario.For each option, specify one (1) way you could sensitively resolve the issue Reference required.

2.From the video, identify two (2) behaviours that facilitated communication and two (2) that inhibited communication between the nurse, Fei, and George

3.Nurses may need to adjust their use of health terminology depending on who they are communicating with. In 50 words, differentiate between the terms ‘medical terminology’ and ‘lay terminology’. Give one example from the scenario of inappropriate use of terminology.

Make sure you explain the difference between medical and lay terminology, and also provide an example of terminology not used 
appropriately in the scenario. 

4 There are a number of elements to consider for effective communication, especially in situations like that involving Fei Hong. These are listed below. For each item listed specify:

6.Consider how nurses transfer information in the clinical setting. Identify three (3) ways that nurses can make handover more effective.
