The main focus on this essay should be the issues relating to end-of-life care and how they play out in the case study. You need to think about the actions that the health worker has taken, and may also discuss how the situation might have been better managed (not only on the part of the health workers, but also on the part of the patients and their families in relation to planning for end of life care.) It is important to point out that the actions of the health workers may be entirely appropriate. If you think this is the case, you need to build a case for your view, incorporating relevant ethical and legal principles, as well as academic literature.
