Faizal Tahir entered into a contract with UMT Cultural Club to perform in a solo concert to be held at the State Stadium. The club paid him RM5000 in advance and the remaining RM5000 to be paid after his performance. The concert was cancelled due to heavy rain and storm. The club wanted to claim the RM5000 they have paid to Faizal Tahir. Faizal Tahir in return sued UMT Cultural Club for the balance of RM5000. Advise the parties
