Use information of either the CEO, CFO, or COO at the San Francisco Fire Credit Union (SFFCU) in San Francisco, CA. This is your opportunity to assess the internal and external organizational situation from the viewpoint of a top strategic decision-maker, and begin to develop your HR strategy in response to the organization's objectives, strategy and needs.

As you draft your assignment and prepare your draft, recall that you are the new HR vice president for a company that is forecasting accelerated change in their organization within the next three years.The organization has enjoyed considerable growth or suffered constriction over the past year, and as a result of this, the demands, expectations and workload have changed significantly.In being consistent with the organization’s mission, vision and goals, your CEO has asked your HR team to strategically ensure the organization is prepared for the acquisition and influx of any new employees, and/or release of redundant employees, as well as the preparation and support of current employees.
