With due respect to your power and position, I, Clay Johnson would like to inform you about the need of constructing a new bridge. It is a known fact that, the canal needs a bridge as a connector and my firm, The Downtown Constructions initiated on constructing a bridge over the canal. I have prepared a planning for the design of the bridge and planned the costing also. The cost estimate of the construction is $650,000, which includes the engineers cost and the possibilities. The engineering cost total is $180,000; we have already spent an amount of $26000 for the overall project, which estimates around $850,000. You can also conduct a meeting with us face-to-face within your suitable choice of time. The meeting will deal with the ensured parties and the property owners. You will conduct the meeting but we will be the support behind it. You can also suggest us to arrange a press release for the public declaring the idea of the proposed project. If you are planning to conduct, a meeting then do let us know about the time, place and date fixed by you and let us know whom you would like to meet among us regarding the approval of the project. We have a request and will be obliged if you keep that. We want the meeting to be in an accessible location and not in any interior place as we can also show you the place projected for the construction. The attached plans will provide you with the presentation and designs of the bridge. Kindly Approve us with the permission to construct the bridge and provide us with the estimate, it will be highly watched that the cost is in proper use. The conceptual plans are the alternative recommendations of the audit report attached with this email. A structure for controlling and diverting the water across the road will stop with the construction of this bridge (Pacheco et al 2015). There are also few excavations designed that will reduce the volume of the ditch water on the roadside. The culvert is for draining the wastewater from one end of the road to the other. The headwall surrounding the drainage pipe will increase the flow capacity and reduce the damage for risk of property (Dow 2016). I solemnly request you to review those conceptual plans and deliver your comments to us. Respected Madam,

This is to bring to your prior notice that, your response on the approval of the construction of bridge has met with a problem. The problem is that, the councillor is worried about the deficit situation of budget that would arise after the execution of the project. The situation is unstable at present and the councillor is forbidding the project to start. I am mailing you so that you can assign me with the permission to prepare a presentation in front of the council to convince on the good factors of the construction and state the financial statement of our firm, which will describe them of the previous arrangements that the municipal customers undertook. The presentation will explain the process of the execution of the project and reply them with proper answers about their concerned matters. The councillor is mainly pointing the fact that the municipality board will not allow the project to start and he cannot take the sole responsibility to put the budget in deficit. The presentation will establish a better standard of the organisation. The goal of our company is to improve the quality of the information and provide the financial statement that will assist the management and communicate with the council about the improvement of the social aspect of the town. The presentation will deliver the requirements of the council’s and municipal content. The financial statement will work as a provision to the town’s financial position and performance and diversify that information into the income, expenditure and contributions of the town (Blaga et al 2015). The presentation will also deal with the expenses on other events of the town, the financial statements of the other constructions and projects of the town and the liabilities and debts of the town along with stating the reasons why this project will work as a remedy to the problems. This bridge will work as a reduction to the devastation level of the town and influence the environmental protection (Wu and Wu 2017). We will take an oath at the council’s meeting for working cautiously that both the people of the town and the council as well as the municipality will be delighted at our work. The production of the friendly environment is our primary concern. The roadbed will be stable due to the construction of the bridge. The assessment of the impact of environmental implementation and the planning for the management of environmental work combines the overall project of constructing the bridge with focusing on both the straight impacts and indirect impacts of the environmental management.

Enclosed: the financial statement

The demise of the town administrator’s mother is very sad news and we have decided to arrange a session of bible hearing in the town church and decided to keep the company on a day off in memory of the mother of the town administrator. We have also decided to attend the funeral and comfort her by standing beside her on this sad day of her life. We will support her at this grief and she will not have any disturbance regarding the project until she recovers from the shock and contacts us about the project.

Sub: Condolence main for the demise of Lisa Johnson

Respected Madam,

We are aware of the fact a very few losses are as deep as the loss of parents. We are extremely sorry to hear about the great loss you faced recently and are very sympathetic with you at this very moment. It is of great grief that, your mother has left you and your dear ones in this stage of life. We greatly support you in this day and will acknowledge if you have anything in which we can be of help. We will be at your side until you regain the strength of controlling yourself and re-joining the work. In this moment of your life, no one else can prepare you for the loss, the sad facts of our life always comes as a storm in our life. You have to control yourself by knowing that she is resting in the arms of God. Your mom will also miss you and your family. Your mom did not really leave you. We request you not to hesitate reaching out at this difficult time. We as outsiders can never understand what you are feeling right now but will surely like to offer our moral support to you. Despite the loss of the physical presence of your mom, we would like to make her unforgettable for always. We were thinking of naming the bridge after completion in the name of your mother, if you agree on the option. May the fond moments of you both always be with you and may Lord Embrace you in this difficult time. Words cannot express the sadness you are feeling right now but you have to be strong for your mom and move on with your life hiding the tears. We request you to remember the happy moments that you have with your mom and that will keep you steady by heart. Our greatest condolence is always with you. We are sending this email along with a card declaring about the event of the bible hearing for the memorial of your mother.
