When I will get this assignment complete with pass marks, I will go through the whole assignment completely in order to find out what further modifications can be done for enhancing the quality of the assignment further and gaining more marks in the future. Moreover, I will identify the mistakes I have done in the assignment and I will try to rectify them so that my assignment will be flawless to the best of my knowledge. 2. Approximately, the induction period will be about 45 hours. In this period, we will learn to do an effective teamwork in order to complete the tasks allotted to us during the course of the study. We will also learn to divide the tasks between us so that everyone can take part in the assignment effectively. In this period, we will also learn how to approach difficult and complex tasks that cannot be done by regular means. We will learn new techniques that will be helpful in solving these kinds of complex tasks and problems. Finally, we will learn how to help the other team members if they face some difficulties during the assignment as well as find new techniques for solving the tasks in the assignment. 

3.The induction process is extremely vital for deciding the direction of the assignment done by us. In the induction period, we will be given trainings on the approach needed for the assignment and teamwork. Hence, if the induction process fails, we may not be able to complete the assignment within the allotted timeline or we may not be able to complete it at all. Moreover, if we face problems during the course of the assignment, we will not be able to solve them due to the failure of the induction process. Hence, the success of the induction process will be necessary and we have to make sure we gather maximum knowledge from the process to make the induction process a successful one.

4. In the first instance, the GDP manager and the team leader(s) should communicate with the GDP supervisor. The duty of the GDP manager is to manage all the activities going on within the assignment and he is responsible for communicating with the GDP supervisor in case of queries or providing progress reports of the involved team members as well as the assignment / project. The team leaders are responsible for monitoring the progress of the team members during the project as well as guiding them in the right way. Hence, they should also regularly contact GDP supervisor in order to notify the progress of the team members and any shortcomings faced by the students during the project.

14. The scheduling tool to be used for the project should be able to identify the perquisites and priorities of the project.
