I agree that leaders are born and not made. According to the Great Man’s theory, leaders who are considered great are born. As such, for a person to learn leadership, they should possess the drive along with the courage to take up the leadership positions.

Problems are daily routine experience in every part of life. Individuals, groups and organizations all experiences problems in their daily activities therefore, problems becoming part and parcel of the daily routine. Organization structure is composed with many entities like, employees, management, physical asset, daily operations and terms and condition within the organization. Interaction of all these resources in the organization increases the possibility of causing problems in the organization therefore, affecting the decision of the organization (Dou, Kai, et al. 10). When the organization is experiencing problems, it cannot perform well in its operations since there is no flow of instructions and guidance to implement the solution perfectly.

For example, these problem might be within the employees and the management. When there is misunderstanding between the management and employees, the organization always experiences low and poor performance in their activities. This is a negative impact to the organization, therefore, the management is supposed to organize itself on how to handle quarrels when raises in between (Gray 40). Quality leadership and decision is required to control the employee’s behavior in the organization. Also, the management and any other related part should be ready to solve the problems raising in the organization regardless the origin of the problem.

When a clear and sound solution is realized, the organization always performs excellent and have a good and strong relationship between the management and the employees (Silverman and Bernard 15). This results from effective means of developing and implementing business rules and policies in a simple and easy way enforcing to attain the achievement of the organizational objectives.

Target organization is the organization where the study and analyses of the problem will be carried out. Also, this will be the same organization where the solution of the problem will be implemented for a positive result.

The investigation of the organization behavior problems will sampled using Arc of Grays Harbor organization which is located in the Pacific Northwest. Arc of Grays Harbor is the organization which its main operations is to support peoples to have better quality life (Moser, et al. 408). The organization is offering these services to the disable individuals and their families within the country. Arc of Grays Harbor also have other activities which is used to perform and maintain within the environment. These includes events and great programs like:

  • Fitness and sports. Arc of Grays Harbor offers this programs through Special Olympics.
  • Benefits analysis. These are advantages which disable individuals’ gets from Arc of Grays Harbor. It will be very important if these individuals appreciates the rules of employment.
  • Parent-to-parent. This is a program which helps in monitoring peers with disabilities to learn from the experienced parents which have been there.
  • Community education and information. Arc of Grays Harbor helps to educate the disable people about their health. The organization also provides social benefits like schooling. This helps to reduce the dependencies from their parents and the rest of the families’ members.

Arc of Grays Harbor have experienced several problems in offering its service to the community. The organization should be ready to be influenced by the problems from the environment. Arc of Grays Harbor have several challenges which have been reported form the community, individuals with disabilities and their families. Also housing, medical and nutrition care departments from outside have reported several problem towards the organization.

The main and biggest problem the organization is facing is social isolation amongst the customers and the organization. This problem results to low performance of the organization.   • Resources are allocated to the required sections? If this is not done accordingly, what is the reason behind it?
  • What are ways used in the organization to solve the problems when raises between the management and employees?
  • What is the possible way the management can motivated employees well? Explain.
  • What are the other problems in the organization a part from low performance?

After all information is collected is required to be analyzed. All collected information from individuals should be preserved well to avoid any interference, this will make sure data is analyzed when it is raw as the way was collected. Different individuals and other sources, each has provided different information concerning the same problem (Javed and Sarfaraz 92).

Using these collected information many ideas concerning the problem was realized. The following are suggestions to be the cause of the problem:

  • The problem of low performance is created by the management through having disgusting rewards for the employees according to their performance.
  • Rewarding the employees past the agreed date of payment.
  • Employees being exposed to the poor conditions of working.
  • Raise of disagreements between the employees and management without serious concern is taken out.
  • Discrimination among the employees due to different background.
  • Poor management of the resources.

All the above are selected to be main causes of poor and low performance among the employees. The suggestion was derived from the collected information.

Analyzing the collected information and suggesting the solution

All collected information must be investigated and evaluated well to find out the correct solution among the employees. Many factors and issues have been identified concerning the employees behavior towards the existing problem. All this collected information is based on the individual, organization or group level (Berger and Jonathan Goodman 15). The group of experts analyzing this collected data must follow procures of handling the problem among the employees in the organization. Following these guidelines will the team to identify the correct and viable solution towards the problem. The following are the steps:

  • Solution selection. This is done after analyzing and examining all the alternative solutions toward solving the problem.   • Implementation and control. The selected best solution is required to be implemented and controlled to bring a positive result in organization (Arc of Grays Harbor). The selected team and the management must implement the solution in a perfect way in all levels of the organization. Controlling the implemented solution involves setting up the correct measures which will guide the solution (Namvar, Morteza, et al 1). Also, this involves allocating resources and being ready for any change which will result from the decision. The team, management and all other party involved should come together and put one effort in supporting this solution of implementing new and strong management.

Organizations always should be ready to experience organization behavior problems in its daily activities. Employees, management and any other party related to the organization are affected by the problem in the organization in one way or the other. The organization should have a team of experts who will handle problems in the organization through making correct decision in achieving the solution. Arc of Grays Harbor experienced the problem of poor and low performance of employees in the organization. After gathering relevant information from the organization, this made the process of analyzing the problem very simple and get the solution of the problem.

The organization was forced to change the management team and bring in new and strong one which will be able to handle the organization behavior. To get better solution of the problem, it is good to follow the decision making procedure, starting by defining the problem until the solution is implemented and correct measure put on place.
