The real GDP development has reached a robust 4% in 2017, where the major drivers of development are services sector especially the finance sector as well as trade and accommodation services. Arrivals of tourists increased by 5.2% in 2017 reaching 1.34 million.

On the other hand, the rate of inflation has increased to 6.9% in 2018, which is more than 1.3% of the previous year (Domun and Talwar 2016). In the research, a qualitative data analysis method will be followed in the research. It will assist in recording the native form of data. It adds a better description of the research topic

4.1 Significance of proposed research 

The research will be helpful to evaluate the organisational performance of IFS Mauritius as well as the financial industry of the country so that international investors can find interest to invest money in the organisation. The finical aspects like an evaluation of GDP and inflation increase can be helpful to assess the market status of Mauritius. In addition, the research will be helpful to promote mutual fund, hedge fund and private equity fund as well as venture capital fund of IFS Mauritius looking to set up the environment for investment holding and management. In addition, the research will be helpful to evaluate trading and service entity of the organisation.
