This is the reason that the implementation of active leadership is necessary. In case active leadership is implemented in the business enterprise, I will be leading the entire employee base as the entre technology that will be implemented is new to the employed it will get difficult for the employees to handle the new changes that are brought in. in this case proper guidance is required for better commencing of the project. This guidance can be provided by me and hence active leadership is important in this project. Another example that can be taken into consideration includes the fact that the management of the entire system will get processed by me and the data that are to be analyzed will get analyzed in a proper manner. The example of better management of the project also includes the fact that the management of the project gets commenced with the help of the management of the technology that is newly implemented.

The risk that are contemporary in the development of tradition of Internet of things in the dispensation of the business organization includes the aspect that facts which are transacted with the help of the internet of things can be accessed. This illegal access of the imposters will cause harm in the business management of Sim’s Hardwar. In case the data that are being transacted are lost the entire business functionality gets distorted. This is considered to be one of the major risks that are present in the management of the business.

For better communication implementation of internet of things must be done. With the assistance of the application of the internet of things the main advantage that is enjoyed in the business management system is that the commencement of the business is very well performed (Chiu and Wang 2013). With the assistance of the application of internet of things, the higher authorities can directly keep a track on the happenings of the business organization. This keeping track of the business helps the higher authority of the business organization. With the help of internet of things the employees of lower stature also stays well informed about the possibilities that are present in the course of management of the project.

A separate sector of employees must be recruited in order to bring in innovation in the business management system. This will increase the aspect of better management an in case the projection of the management is to be performed with higher efficiency proper training to the employees must be provided.  

Proper training must be provided in order to bring in innovation in the business organization of the management. In case the implementation of new technology is made but the employees of the organization is not well trained regarding the newly implemented technology it is obvious that the implemented technology will fail and this will lead to the circumstance that the administration of the project will not be achieved with the help of high efficiency (Zhang and Wen 2017).            

After providing proper training to the employees giving them tests will help I understanding the fact that whether they are prepared for the projection of the job or not. In case the results that will be generated as per the management of the system is at par they can be utilized for bringing in innovation and in case the results that are received are not well the employees are again sent back to training.

The only barrier that will be present in the business organization of Kim’s hardware is that the statistics that are stored in the database are not safe due to the implementation of the internet of things. The imposters can get a hold pf the data that will be present in the system. For overcoming this issue installation of firewall must be done (Haller and Magerkurth 2011,). With the implementation of firewall the innovation that is brought in will provide better systematic understanding and tis will lead ti the fact that the project commencement will be performed in a better manner
