Moreover, I need to ensure emotional intelligence is developed, such that I am able to understand the emotions of others and ensure better understanding of the workplace situation. I have identified the emotional triggers such as stress, emotional turmoil and work pressure. Thus, with effective development of the emotional intelligence, I am able to enhance my work productive and motivate others successfully.
