Problems Faced by Director of Higher Education

Director of higher Education (DHE) focus on providing seats for various of courses or programs under it like universities, colleges and various kinds of universities affiliated to it. The detail of university/college/ university generally contains name, list of various kinds of programs and number of study, fee which is provided on a year basis. All the students who have passed 12^th standard need to apply for this university through DHE for the program of higher studies within the provided time [1]. A cross verification is generally done from the side of university to check whether the students have passed all the models in the provided time or not. In the coming pages of the report problem specification has been provided. Importance of research and research question has been discussed in details in this report [2]. A theoretical framework has been provided with respect to case study. After that a literature review has been provided with respect to case study. Methods or empirical analysis techniques has been discussed in the report [3]. A list of key findings has been provided with respect to case study and in the end a conclusion has been provided for this report.

Problems like proper allotment of seat within given time in the university. Making proper arrangement regarding the fact that if the student have not updated to DHE regarding the fact within the provided time it focus on the fact that the student has no kind of intention in having higher education and so student has interest in having kind of higher education [4]. For managing of serious among students and managing the overall method of seat allocation in the university. Looking into the model of conceptual idea which provides research on various kinds of operation which is based on operation on DHE and processes related to it.

Director of Higher Education (DHE) which provides seat for various kinds of programs like Diploma, bachelors and Master Programs to all the college which generally fall under this university [5]. All the eligible students who have passed 12^th standard are eligible for the admission in this university need to apply through DHE for taking admission in this various program offered by the university.

Whenever a student’s takes admission in the university a cross verification done from the side of the university. This is mainly done from the side of the university to check that whether the students have passed all the modules before getting any kind of admission in this university [6]. This merely focus on the fact that all the details of students based on current and past year need to be verified before admission.

Theoretical Framework

No specific kind of process is available for admission in the university so a specific method must be there like making use of database for the management of student in the university must be there.

A database management system (DBMS) is considered to be software tool which is needed for making it possible for organization of data in a database. The ultimate goal of this database management system is generally used for storing and transformation of data into kinds of information which is used for support for various kinds of decision making.

A DBMS generally consist of three elements namely physical database, engine of database, scheme of database [8]. It provides a list of function namely concurrent access to same kind of database by various users. It has certain kind of rules based on right of various users. The development of database is generally controlled by an administrator (DBA). Database administrator provides access to control and aspects of security. Various kinds of people within an organization make use of database in a different method or techniques.

• Upgradation of cycle on frequent basis.  

Database system are considered to be sophisticated system which required some sophisticated and highly skilled personnel. Database system have certain number of interface which generally provide impact on the various kinds of technologies and culture related to it.

1. Need for new Database

The new database management method is needed by the student so that they can easily look into the issues regarding the process or procedure of admission [8]. Data base system will help in cross verification of marks which is secured by the student in the last year examination that is the marks of their 12^th standard.

Database management system is considered to be an important factor because it helps in management of data in an efficient way or method [9]. The database system will help in storing, organization and management of large amount of information which is possible by a single software application.

Database management system are considered to be important to this university because it generally provides high efficient type of method or type of method for handling various type of data. Some data which can be easily managed with help of database are student information, payroll, project management, inventory and other kinds book related to it.

There are mainly five components which are generally present in the environment of database which are data containing information, hardware, software and processes. The data is generally collection of facts which is typically related while hardware is a kind of physical device which is generally present in the environment of database. Hardware is considered to be a physical device which is presented in the environment of database. Operating system, database management system generally makes up the total software [10]. System administrator, programmers, users all total make up the database environment so that they can easily keep up their system updated.

Methods Or Empirical Analysis Technique

There are many reason for making use of the need of database in an organization. It consists following features like centralised system, better management of human management details, management of data of customer, efficient tracking of inventory. Centralized system can be considered to be a useful factor for various kinds of issue related to management of process of process of admission of various students.

1. Solutions to the identified problems

For creating seriousness among the students and managing of overall process like allocation of seat, application of course for admission in the university a registration fee equal to 50 dollars is generally charged to students. Scholarship is generally provided to students who are meritorious [11]. A database is nothing but a single table which consist of row for data and column which define the various kinds of element of data. For an address book the column of table denotes the parameters namely address, phone number on the contrary the table row records data for every person in the book. There are generally five components in database environment namely like data, software, process and procedures. The allocation of seat is generally done with the help of highest mark which is generally obtained in the 12^th standard [12]. Without the help of database management system, the work done is done on the manual basis which increases the time. With the help of database management system data is categorized and structured into specific needs of the university. In database management system data is generally entered into the system and accessed on a daily basis which is generally assigned by various kinds of users [16]. Each person on the user side has the authority side has a password which is generally used for accessing their portion of the system. With help of database management various user can use system at the same time in different methods or ways.

Method or empirical analysis techniques are generally used for analysing various kinds of observation and experiments related to it. Empirical research methods are considered to generally used by students who are in the domain of social and behavioural domain [13].   The topics mainly include question to large number of hypothesis which are needed to be investigated like gathering of data and interpretation and study of results of analysis. In method the it is generally assumed that learners of empirical Research method have atleast taken a long year course in various domains of statistic through this some kinds of experience have been provided to students. With this thing student are exposed to areas like variables on random basis, samples and population related to it. This course generally helps the student in establishing connection on the mathematical foundation of regression and its application on a practical basis. Student can easily learn how to make changes regarding interesting question regarding the fact the world to a new level of regression model which is used for estimation of addresses which are meaningful in nature [14]. An emphasis is done on the main research goal and multivariate of linear regression which is considered to as a main statistic tool. This process in generally involves like formulation of research problem, development and implementation of various kinds of hypotheses. Collection of large number of data which are relevant to these hypothesis, analysis of data which is generally based on regression model [15]. After that an analysis is done regarding on the various kinds of results. A student who have completed this course can easily to much more estimation on regression model by making use of statistical software. It mainly represents various kinds of course topics which has become successful in casual courses based on reasoning.

This report has been prepared after gathering the response from the students about few of the questions that has been asked to them. The first part of analysing the problems was done successfully by the use of information gathered from the feedback of the students. A broad scope of the literature has been done by the use of the electronic database. The scope was limited to the peer reviewed journal articles published in English between 2012 and 2017.

Conclusion

The above discussion helps to conclude that the   database management system    can be considered to be useful for increasing the efficiency of process of admission in all colleges under this university. All the important   aspect of the university in terms   of problem   specification, importance of research and question related to it has been discussed in details.  Theoretical framework with   respect to case study has been discussed in details. Method or empirical analysis techniques has been discussed in detail in the above pages of the report. The key stuff which has been found or gathered in this case study has been discussed and provided in details. Method has been suggested to the director of higher education (DHE) which can help in improvisation of admission process in this university. After a conceptual model has been provided to the students which consist of in-depth research and various kinds of process related to it. A brief idea has been provided to director so that he can easily understand the need or requirement of database in this university.
