Being a public relations advisor for Mexicana Supreme I would like to gather your earnest consideration over the numerouscomplaints and issues faced by the customers at the Lewisham Branch of the restaurant chain. Al these issues were identified by studying the remarksstated over the ‘Trip Adviser’ website in relation to Lewisham Branch.
The complaints and issues are in relation with several segments which includes the food, service and other quality. The customer have experienced issues in the quality of the food as it was stated by them that the food offered was smelled bad, greasy as well as was of poor taste. The customers have given their review that the quantity provided to them against the value they have paid been very squat. And so for the next time they will prefer going some other restaurants instead of Mexicana Supreme. Few customers have experienced issues regarding the way the food was cooked and prepared. There were complaints of serving the dishes with different and disparate flavors. There were repetitive complaints in relation with the prices quoted for the food and beverages. They were not satisfied with quality, quantity n ad the prices of the products. As per their comments there is an extensive need for implementing changes in the restaurant.
There were customers who have also complaint regarding the rude and rigid behaviour of the restaurant manager. It was stated by them that there were added payment for some products which they haven’t ordered and when they raised their concern the manager yelled on them. The old and regular customers of the restaurant have also experienced issues and difficulties. They have significantly mentioned that earlier all the things were very well but from last few months they are issues related to increased prices, squat quantity, deteriorated quality and ineffective customer service. They have also mentioned that even the waitress don not have any knowledge of the menu. The managers and the owner are least interest in the operations of the restaurant. They seem careless towards the issues experienced by the customers.
Being a public relations advisor of Mexican Supreme, there are certain recommendations which can support the restaurant in refining its services and fascinating the consumers once again:
For improving and refining the services it si required that the restaurant must have appoint a control team as well as implement strict evaluation so that there can be continuous check over the functioning and operations of all the branches of the restaurant and primarily the Lewisham Branch of Mexicana Supreme (He and Yan, 2015).For having strict control there can be execute undisclosed monitoring of the services provided to the customers so that actual analysis could take place (Hiebeler, Kelly and Ketteman, 2012). Such monitoring will support the restaurant in the elimination of the issues takes place at Mexicana Supreme as well as it will also able to out a strict control over the company’s workers and waitresses (Grégoire,Salle and Tripp, 2015).
The most appropriate and strategic way suggested to the organization is to gather the customer feedbacks directly. The direct association and one to one communication with the customers will help in reducing the complaints and issues experiencing by the customers (Verma and Verma, 2013).This will result into increased trust of the customers over the services of the restaurant and will help in enhancing the sales and customer base of Mexican Supreme (He, Zha and Li, 2013).
To have effective operations and functions it is essential that an organization must have appropriate management team. In the case of Mexicana Supreme, the managers as well the people at higher authorities are careless and do not have any consideration with the issues prevailing at the restaurant. Hence it is advisable to them that there must be appointment of a new manager at the restaurant who can resolve issues, guide subordinates and take care of the issues of the customers (Cook, 2012).
