In spite of the innumerable benefits that the individual gets in the public organization includes the flexible time, working hours and many other benefits. But there are certain disadvantages faced by the people in public organization. The problem faced includes the issues related to the generation gap, interaction level among the employees, lethargic schedule, not having the attitude to contribute something new etc. The informal life in public organization named Canada Lands Company Limited is found with lots of difficulties and tragedy (Chandrasekar, 2011). There are some issues which have been related which are discussed below: However, four theories have been discussed as below to implement the organizational frameworks of the Canada Lands Company Limited. The Canada Lands Company Limited is public non profit organization which is indulged in providing automobile insurance coverage to motorists in Manitoba (Theaker, 2017).

These principles have to be applied in all the organization to get the best result from an organization irrespective of the nature of the organization. From the above discussion, it can be concluded that employee in Canada Lands Company Limited are having the less informal life than as compared to the people in other private organizations. Although the employees in the public sector enjoying the other advantages of fixed working hours, long holidays and other retirement benefits but all above of that the day to day informal life is seen to be a tragedy. The informal life in Canada Lands Company Limited can be called the tragedy as the people do not have anything to explore and revive their mind. In spite of that, they prefer to remain low morale and lethargic all over their life as they do in their job work. The people working in the government sector have a direct impact on their lifestyles and their behaviour which we have analysed in the theories discussed.
