Reflections on Gathering and Documenting Lessons Learned
The paper generally focuses on the involvement of the students within the course of PMP20008. The report mainly aims to showcase the experience that are mainly gained by the students by involving the course. The different changes are generally done properly crosschecked in order to make sure that the different types of changes which are made within the project is quite helpful in meeting the objectives of the project.
I would know that the strategy was properly working as I will be able to effectively analyze the change that generally exists because of the application of changes within the project for making sure that the changes are effective. I faced number of problems associated due to ineffective communication with my team members when I was engaged with the course of PMP20008. It is found that due to ineffective communication, number of issues generally occurs which leads to obstruction within the entire project.
The situation made me feel sad I was unable to communicate effectively with the team members due to lack of confidence. This is one of the major problem that can create negative impact on the work that was undertaken. After reflecting on the present situation, I learnt that the problem that I am facing due to improper communication can be effectively resolved by engaging in group discussions as well as by developing proper plan for communication.

The specific improvement strategy is to develop proper communication plan so that the problem that I am facing due to inappropriate communication can be resolved quite effectively. Proper development of communication plan is necessary for working successfully with a group of people.

This strategy is achievable for me because as I would be able to engage within groups for discussion ad can be able to develop proper plan for communication so that the problems that occurs due to gap in communication can be resolved quite effectively. This strategy is relevant to lesson 2 as it will be helpful in reducing the issues of communication gap. Strategies for Managing Time
I faced number of difficulties as well as problems in managing time properly when I was involved in PMP20008 course. Due to improper management of time number of problems as well as issues occur which generally delays the work.
The situation made me frustrated as time management is important for achieving success and incapability in managing the time within any type of work is creating negative impact.
While focussing on the entire situation, I realized that it is quite important to manage the project time properly by making appropriate time management plan. Additionally, it is identified that appropriate plan for time management plan assists in resolving the issues that generally occurs due to inappropriate management of project time.

I would know the strategy was working as I could measure the changes that mainly occur because of the development of schedule management plan quite effectively. This strategy is achievable for me because I can be able to develop proper plan for schedule management within the project with the help and guidance other team members. This strategy is relevant to lesson 2 as it will helpful in reducing the problem that generally occurs due to improper time management within the project. I will implement this strategy in 2 months so that the issues that I have faced related with improper time management can be mitigated quite easily.
