Construction Project For Footpath At Quota Park - Project Management Essay.

The project had been made for constructing the footpath for people walking on the road. The project had been deployed for constructing the footpath or sidewalk at Quota Park. The initial requirements of the project include the use of proper project management concept for developing the operations of the project. The project would help in making an appropriate plan for constructing the pathways or footpath in Quota Park. The project would include the construction of the footpath along with development of the infrastructure at the park.

The project would be formed with the development of the sidewalk at the Quota Park. The inclusion of the various documents such as project charter would ensure the development of the most suitable project operations completion. The construction project had been prone for developing the plan for the construction of the project.

The waterfall model consists of Requirement Analysis, designing of the project operations, implementation of the plan, verification of the plan, and maintenance are the elements of the Waterfall model.
