Globex Corporation organises “Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show” every year for the demonstration and appreciation purpose regarding their achievements in agricultural lifestyle of the farmers. The volunteers and the event members are the major stakeholders, on whom the success of the program depends. In the last year program the number of volunteer and internal member was too large to maintain, monitor and manage them manually. It has also affected the performance level of them as well as the quality of the event. Hence, Globex Corporation has requested Virtucon to develop a computer based rostering system to make their control and management operation easy. They also want to have a processing as well as storing system.

In this specific venture for the improvement of the electronic rostering arrangement of "Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show", I have assumed the liability for building up a proper task administration plan. The inception of the venture requires the recognizable proof of the business needs, prescribed clients and operational necessity of the framework (Curran & Niedergassel, 2011). for assessing the business needs, I have altogether assessed the contextual analysis of the "Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show" and activities of the Globex Corporation at RALS. I have created and recorded the business and operational prerequisites, that has helped me understanding and distinguishing the specialized requirement for building up the rostering framework. Through the estimation of the necessities, I have built up the suitable group for creating and leading the venture with a work breakdown structure of the incorporated exercises of the undertaking while at the same time characterizing the assets related at each stage. I have built up the venture plan with the assistance of Microsoft Project that has give perception of the undertaking course of events. Following the task timetable and Gantt outline has helped with finishing the undertaking inside distributed time.
