The project that is going to develop is of an online bus booking service. For the project we have to make a website by which the user will be able to book the tickets of the bus by sitting in the home. The website will be accessible from anywhere and anytime. The payment also made in online as their will be payment gateway that is implemented. The user first have to sign up in the website by filling up a form with valid details then an authentication will be made for the user. After the proper authentication the user will be able to log in to the website and then book the bus tickets. A database will be added with the website for storing the credentials of the passengers. The organization is a bus organization and for them the project will be made it will be convenient for the user and the organization as well to use the website for booking the bus tickets. There will be less human resource needed for this project as only one back officer will be there to operate and calculate the fare of the bus and then send back to the user who will book the tickets of the buses. There is mainly two activities one is booking the seat and then making the payment for the booking. In the recent time the all businesses are coming online and it is easier to access the website from home rather going outside. The online businesses have the chances of generating more revenue than the traditional businesses. This is basically the need of the business to generate high amount of revenue for the business. This project will be beneficial for the user as well as the business organization that is the bus organization for this project. In the project there will be many feature is added like the customer support. The website needs to be responsive so than in any device the website will be accessible with ease. The size of the organization is large and to maintain the large organization only traditional way was not enough so an online portal of the organization is must to divide the workflow. Many technologies is used in the website and the technologies must be stable. The server that will be used in the website must have the capacity of handling many people at a time so at a time many people will be able to access the website. the data storage will have to be in cloud so as any as data can be stored by the users and the passengers credentials will be stored for use further. A stable internet connection is must while the booking of the bus ticket if the internet connection is not stable then error can happen while booking the ticket. All the activities regarding to the ticket booking needs to be taken care of in order to complete the whole process successfully. The project that is discussed in the review is the online bus booking system. By this project people will be able to book their bus tickets from sitting at the home. The main of the project is to provide a convenient way of bus booking for the passengers. A portal will be centralized and from anywhere the passenger can book the tickets at any time. The booking od the tickets online is the easiest way. The traditional process of the bus booking system is very pathetic as it takes lot of time and human effort. To book a ticket the people have to stand in a queue and then wait for their chance. But in the online website many people can book their tickets simultaneously as per their requirement. Another aim of the projects is to control the corruption as favour’s happens in many cases in the traditional ticket booking system but in the online ticket booking portal the passenger can see the availability of the seats and they can choose their desired seat as per their requirements. The project also aims to integrate many things in the future to the project. The project of the website will have mobile application in future from that the passengers also able to book their tickets. A mobile version of the website also need to make so that people having only mobile phone will be able to book their tickets. For the issues of the passenger a communication support will be given so that the passenger can communicate with them and solve their issues. Other objective of the project is to help the organization to grow. As the organization is coming to the online market so the range of the people is high who can access the websites and book the tickets. The brand value of the organization will be higher day by day if they provide good service to their customers. As more people will engage with the website the revenue will be generated more as the organization will work in online and offline too. So to be precise the main aim or the objectives of the project is to provide the passenger a convenient and easier platform for the bus ticket booking and to grow the company value and generate more revenue than before.
