The area has potential in growth; it is in a strategic location that can attract a lot of investors and international tourists. It is commonly known that areas within coastal lines always do well in major economic activities and therefore, the concerned authority must come up strongly to support development plans of such areas (Collier, 1995). In conclusion, better strategic plan; interactive and collaboration is the solution to most of the problems and challenges being faced in the region
