The paper focuses towards the comparison among the organizations by their strategy, initiatives, goals, and targets as well as significant gap. Initiatives -The Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework (IP&R) launched in the year 2009 by the government of New South Wales. The primary purpose of this initiative is to develop long-term economic sustainability, management of the resources, public meeting and executive strategies in the local government of Blacktown Council (Maron et al., 2015). This program has opened the road for the councils and societies to better cooperate in strategy for the future for their regions.
