The plan focuses on mostly the needs of the older clients who are in most cases have numerous complications that need to be put into considerations to ensure that their needs are taken good scare off. The plan will ensure that the quality of life and wellbeing of older people, together with their families feel free, autonomy and dignity. Aspects of the Plan
The knowledge in the gerontological study ensures that when dealing with the older people, they are treated well at a low pace to make sure that every service given to them is well understood by them. Integrating the program will ensure that the provision of services to the clients is prioritized and done efficiently hence realizing the goals of the organization. There is a constant increase in the size and diversity of the aged individuals with complex long term conditions. There is a linked challenge of promotion of policies, protection and provision of adequate and personalized services to older people. There is another crucial issue of uncertainty whether the plan is an appropriate mechanism to deliver services appropriately to such clients to ensure that their needs are fully catered for. Most of such clients are poor and therefore when making plan need to spare them treat them differently and even as an organization helps them in settling some of their needs which are basic to them. Development of the Work Plan
The organization of the events in the working plan will provide a fascinating insight on the proper delivery of services and efficient working for the success of the team. The plan if well adhered to will lead to proper delivery of services to ensure that clients are satisfied. Older employees being taken slowly in the implementation of the new system will give time for adjustments of the employees so that they improve regarding delivering their best in the new regime hence realizing the set goals of the organization (Rizzo & Rowe, 2006, p. 70). The challenge given by the current demographic trends of the aged cannot be underestimated.Increased in life expectancy mostly creates an increased poor living kind of life and therefore such individuals need to be regarded in many occasions to ensure that some of their crucial needs are provided in the plan (Rolls, et al., 2010, p. 653).
The plan recommends that the management should consider every aspect of the project, follow the plan to the latter. Ensure that they adjust accordingly being flexible for the betterment of the organization. As the organization, it is crucial to realize that most of the older people whether they are working in the system or are clients for the system there is need to treat such individuals in stylish and style kind of approach to ensure they are fully taken good care of. There is need to have a clear perception about the old people, treat them with dignity in the society and always avoid perceiving them as only but problems.
