The development o technology has positively impacted several industries and enhanced the communication and coordination process around the world. This study has taken Vodafone company to show the real importance of telecommunication technology in real life. It uses several digital technologies to implement several sectors of technology. Data mining is one of the techniques applied by Vodafone to perform the best operation through efficient analytical techniques and approaches. Vodafone and many other companies are using data mining to uplift the business and management structure. It is a specific technique that enhances the company by achieving customer profiting ad also allows to segment the markets. It is also concluded that companies using traditional business and marketing tactics face many problems regarding their implementation approaches, techniques, etc. The infusion of digital technology in the telecommunication sector can achieve the requirements of the customer management system and relationships. Most industries and organizations are implementing this technology to execute better communication in their business, they are utility platforms, banking sectors, and computing platforms.
