The report is concerned with the case study of the Virtual Child International. The organization provides virtual world for the children from home after they are done with their school. With these details in scope the analysis of the system for the organization is to be done. The analysis is very important as system analysis is an important form of evaluation of the processes of the organization. The analysis would be able to provide important information as to areas where the present system of the organization lacks.
The report provides a detailed description of the current system of the organization. The descriptions have been aided with the help of illustrations.
The background of the organization, scope of the current system and some illustration have been provided for the description of the organization. In addition to this, all the documentation procedures are also described in this report.
The Virtual Child International organization provides the children with the virtual amusement facilities and the system is called the VCI Park. The employees of the organization supports the park and the members of the park for guidance and safety. The employees are known as the Park Rangers. The organization has a system is place that would help the operation of the procedures in the park.
Problem 1: However the system of the park has to be operated manually by the Park Rangers appointed by the organization. The park provides the services to the customers on the reception of the payment for the entrance to the park.
Problem 2: The Park then provides a large range of services to the customers. The services include games, librarian functionalities and research services, Tutorial functionalities and homework assistance and some distance learning classes. Additionally, the organization is also looking to expand the services provided by them however, this would depend entirely on the number of memberships of the organization.

- Efficiency:The system generally responds very effectively and hence, the current system is efficient.

- The current system is able store the data of the guardians and the children that would be taking part in the services of the organization as well. The system also stores the information about the invoice of the courses that the children are enrolled for.
- The system also would be able to store the details of the services offered by the organization. The current system would be able to evaluate the responses made by the guardians. In addition to this, the system also is able to provide efficient data for the procedures to be automated.
- The system is also capable of addressing the payment options required by the organization. The system provides the entrance authentication during the entrance to the park. The validation of the payment is done by the system. However some additional task are to be done manually in the system by the employees.

The procedures of the systems are divided into three sub procedures. Among the several subsystems the Guardian Services and the Member Entrance procedures are major procedures of the system. The Guardian services provides the online facilities for the guardians. The Guardians are the only associated with the main system and the Guardian Services. The guardian would be able to view various types of details for the current of charges of the members. They would be able to retrieve the details of each of the park services in the present month for the system. In addition to this, the guardians would be able to view the total invoice for the selected date. The member activities of the can also be viewed by the guardians very easily. The communication in between the member and the park rangers can be also be documented online and the conversations can be viewed very easily. The guardians would also be able to update the details of the members in the online system. The members of the system for the organization can also provide efficient feedback for the system. The services include the special services such as the customized online training programs for the members admitted by the guardians. The system has a space where the different type of customers can share their ideas and also share the feedback with the system. This assists the system in development and also help the organization in expansion of their services. The customers can provide information about the various type of sectors of the systems such as the user interface and the privacy facilities within the system.

Member Entrance:
Secondly, the member entrance criteria process should also be discussed in the report. The guardians would be able control the entrance of the children into the park. This process involves a set of questions that are to be answered by the guardians. The set questions involves the information about the completion of the homework. The information about the evaluation in the quizzes and tests for the members are also included in this questions. In response to this, the guardian can provide answers to the system which the system would use to evaluate the responses of the children. In accordance with the evaluation of the student the system would be allocating time for the guardian to remain in the park. The guardians would also be allowed to set different type of criteria for each of the day in the week. They would be able to provide the details about the maximum number of hours the children would be allowed spend inside the park. The bonus time allocated for the each week of the children would be based on the system responses. The guardians are allowed to enter into the system by using the mail services and on demand services as requested by the guardian. In addition to this, members and the children have to compliance by the terms and conditions of the organization and this might depend on the age of the children. In addition to this there is sub process for the entrance procedure. The invoice and payment comes under this process. The invoice for the payment are sent to the guardians on the first day of the month. The guardians receives a separate invoice for each month. The details such as the bonus time earned, late fees and the total payment for the month are provided in the invoice as details. The payment method includes several options which gives the customers to choose from one of the payment methods. The payment takes place in a pre-payment process. The entrance inside the park is allowed only after the payment is complete. Additionally, the system also offers the discount options to the people who have their fathers, grandfathers or any family members registered to the system previously. All this methods are included in the main system that provides the services to the children inside the park.
