The guardians would also be able to update the details of the members in the online system. The members of the system for the organization can also provide efficient feedback for the system. The services include the special services such as the customized online training programs for the members admitted by the guardians. The system has a space where the different type of customers can share their ideas and also share the feedback with the system. This assists the system in development and also help the organization in expansion of their services. The customers can provide information about the various type of sectors of the systems such as the user interface and the privacy facilities within the system.

Secondly, the member entrance criteria process should also be discussed in the report. The guardians would be able control the entrance of the children into the park. This process involves a set of questions that are to be answered by the guardians. The set questions involves the information about the completion of the homework. In response to this, the guardian can provide answers to the system which the system would use to evaluate the responses of the children. In accordance with the evaluation of the student the system would be allocating time for the guardian to remain in the park. They would be able to provide the details about the maximum number of hours the children would be allowed spend inside the park. The bonus time allocated for the each week of the children would be based on the system responses. The guardians are allowed to enter into the system by using the mail services and on demand services as requested by the guardian. In addition to this, members and the children have to compliance by the terms and conditions of the organization and this might depend on the age of the children. In addition to this there is sub process for the entrance procedure. The invoice and payment comes under this process. The invoice for the payment are sent to the guardians on the first day of the month. The guardians receives a separate invoice for each month. The details such as the bonus time earned, late fees and the total payment for the month are provided in the invoice as details. The payment method includes several options which gives the customers to choose from one of the payment methods. The payment takes place in a pre-payment process. The entrance inside the park is allowed only after the payment is complete.
