Company advertisement or the online marketing both is required for the brand awareness of the products in the recent times. The consumers who are from the seventies or eighties have a blind trust on the company advertisement and the nineties consumers with the new generation kids are dependable on the online marketing for the information of their products. Different consumers have different ideas about the marketing process but all the customers need the best products. This paper is about the two marketing system that which one is preferred more by the consumers. The detail discussion about the two methods will be provided in the paper; also it will contain the argument about the most preferred marketing process. Detail discussion is done on the paper so that the reader get the exact view of the two marketing process and also able to understand the most preferred marketing process of the consumers. This paper will reveal the more believe of the consumers on which marketing methods.

Marketing is the only way by which consumers are able to gather knowledge about a particular product. Marketing enables the company to build their brand awareness among the consumers. The buying habit of the consumers has changed a lot in the recent years and for that, the marketing process has also changed as per the requirement of the consumers. The two marketing process are ruling the world but to know which on is the better is debatable. The traditional marketing that is company advertising and the online marketing is the two marketing option in today’s world. Traditional marketing or the company advertisement is the old way of marketing the products and this method includes print media, broadcast media, direct mail, and telemarketing. Online or digital marketing is the new tradition in the field of marketing. This includes the social networking sites, video marketing, banner ads, websites, reviews of the products etc. Both the marketing process is important for the company because there are few customers who totally rely on the print and broadcast media. So for those customers, traditional marketing is very much important to promote the products. But the new generation and the young adults are very much inclined towards the digital or online marketing as they get the various option and attractive deals on the products.

Company advertising includes the process of print media, broadcasting, magazines, direct mail and telemarketing. Broadcasting and telemarketing are very attractive for the customers as they show the product and also describe the pros and cons of the products. Telemarketing is done in the most eyes catching way so that the consumers easily get attracted towards it. Company advertising is done in such a way that the message of the product is directly received by the consumers. The consumers who are aged always prefer the print media for their advertisement and for that the company advertisement is very much needed. Those customers think that the online marketing is fake marketing and so the online reviews. So, according to those customers company advertisement is the best way to gather knowledge about a product. From the beginning, the traditional way was the single way for advertising and people have accepted it from the beginning. Some people are not familiar with digital marketing and for that, they still depend on the company advertising. In the company advertising to create the brand awareness of the product, the organization has to set advertising campaign for the products which help to spread the brand awareness of the products. Company advertisement is still running the business because these provide the initial knowledge to the customers for a product.

Digital marketing is the new trend in the marketing and the young adults, as well as the new generation kids, have welcomed this marketing process heartily. The best part of this marketing process is that the consumers get a maximum number of options and also the customers are able to directly give a review on the products. Online review is the process by which the new customers get an idea about a product as the reviews are given by the old customers. For some customers, this review is like the personal recommendation and it helps the customers to buy the best products. Online reviews are of two types; one is rating and the other one comment. Some online marketing gave both the option of rating and comments so that the customers can provide their views as well as decide which product to buy. Online marketing is the cheapest way for marketing and also it provides the company the websites which help the company to do their marketing outside the regional or national level. Online marketing opens the door for the organization to do their marketing overseas and for that the productivity of the company also increases.

Both the marketing processes are best in their way but online marketing is the low-cost marketing whereas the company advertisement is costly. For the consumers, the company advertising may be fascinating and eye catching but it does not provide the direct review from the other customers. Here in online marketing, the customers are able to give their reviews or comments on the product and the services of the company. Customers from a very long time are habituated with the company advertising and for that, they are not able to become familiar with the online marketing. But online marketing gives the company the direct view of the customers about their products and help them to rectify the fault in the products. The new generation kids see the broadcast of the products then they search it online and over there they gather the information of the products. If the company does not provide online marketing then it might become difficult for the company to obtain their target sales. In a survey, it is seen that almost 90% of the consumers think online review as the personal recommendation and buy products as per the online review. Whereas the 10% of the consumers think that this online review is totally fake review and this should not be followed. Many people have many views regarding the online review and the company advertisement. In a report, it is said that the most of the people especially those who have born in the year 1990 till up to date are very much inclined towards the online review. According to them, the online review helps them to decide which products to buy because the reviews that are provided in the online marketing are all genuine and helpful for the customers. Different consumers have different ideas about the marketing process but all the customers need the best products. Consumers need the best products and for that, they use to depend on the company advertisement but sometimes the information was not appropriately provided by the company and for that sometimes the customers are not satisfied with the products. But they do not have any option to give their feedback in the company advertisement. Whereas in the online marketing the customers are able to get the appropriate detail of the products and also they are getting the customers reviews from the online marketing. This allows the consumers to but the best product and if by any chance the product is not good then the customer can easily provide their feedback. In the recent times, most of the customers prefer the online marketing for to get the knowledge about the product and also to buy the products. Online marketing is the most convenient way for the customers to identify the appropriate quality of the products. In the changing world, the change in the marketing is very much needed for the betterment of the products and also to increase the brand awareness of the products.
