The respective supermarket sells different kind of goods and services to their customers in an effectual manner that has helped them in selling imported goods and services to the customers effectively. The respective company has been able to build strong name for the supplying top quality products and services in an effectual manner.
The barrier to communication is the one that keeps different kind of meaning from meetings. It has been seen that there are different barriers to communication in Spinney’s Supermarket that is affecting the entire clarity of the different objectives that has to be defined in an effectual manner. There are different kind of reasons wherein the interpersonal communication fails at Spinney’s supermarket are described. The different kind of barriers in the workplace are as follows:

Attitudinal barrier is the common kind of cause of the breakdown of the communication in the situation at the workplace wherein it is relating to handling different kind of attitudes, discrimination and values at the workplace. The individuals are not valued in the workplace and this causes huge pressure on the individuals in the workplace. The attitudinal barrier includes the discrimination of the gender, race along with lifestyle of the individuals along with experience.
Behavioural barrier of communication is wherein stereotyping occurs in the communication process that is due to the social or cultural background. This kind of behaviour can lead to breakdown of the communication and this will close down different channels based on discrimination. There can be language barriers when people do not speak the same kind of language in the organization and there are barriers when there are inappropriate language levels between the employees at Spinney’s Supermarket .
Lastly, there are different kind of cultural issues in the organization wherein it is seen that there are different individuals who are working in the organizations are from different cultural backgrounds of employees at Spinney’s Supermarket that is based in UAE. There are differences in the beliefs, values along with attitudes towards the work that is performed by them. This kind of cultural issues create huge pressure on employees as they are not able to provide proper scope to analyse the different techniques to communicate.

Proper clarity in the ideas before communication is essential in nature among different employees in the respective company as this will help them in making the communication clear and arrange the thoughts in an accurate manner. The communication has to be in accordance to the requirements of the receiver wherein the sender in the process of communication has to prepare the structure of the communication in such a manner that will help in help the sender in adjusting to the behaviour of the receiver.
Proper consultation before communicating is essential in nature between employees of Spinney’s Supermarket when the two individuals are communicating with one another. During the planning of the communication, the suggestions are required to be invited as this will assist in preparing the plan of communication will contribute towards the success of the organization.
