Their aim is to offer the equal scopes to every user to work, create, recreate and play.

As per the annual report of Apple, this particular company always try to highlight the fact that every person should be facilitated with the opportunity as per their knowledge and skills. This is unethical and illegal to judge employees with their gender identification or their sexual orientation. It is to be mentioned that Apple has been acknowledged as one of the significant places to work for equal rights of LQBTQ community by the Human Rights Campaign (Hawkins 2017). This can be stated that they have got a perfect remark on the Corporate Equality Index of this company for the 15 significant successive years. It can be said that they always have voiced advocacy to global rights and freedom of LGBTQ community.

Apple is a brand or company who feels the urgency not to discriminate and reward people because of their gender/class/caste or race. Therefore, it can easily be said that both of the speech and statement have facts that the people cannot ignore. However, the speech did not require figures in order to convince people.

It is significantly rational and social in terms of ethics and morality. Susan selected bold words to aware people. She also thought to tell the story of her arrest in order make people realize how to make them empathize with her.  Susan had bold, empathic, significant and rational elements in her speech. She used an argumentative approach to highlight her thoughts. However, the company statement of Apple did not require argumentative method as they did not have to establish anything. They only have to state the position of their company with reliable facts and figures to inspire the customers to be loyal.
