Risk Management Plan
The risk analysis is a crucial factor for the progress of the project and foundation of the efficient formation of the project. The using of the risk analysis was helpful for forming the major foundation of the factors developing the smart deliverable for the project. The probable risk factors for the execution of the project of developing new IT center are over budget, delay in schedule, construction problems, shortage of raw materials, and probable human mistakes. The assumptions of the risk being mitigated with the use of the efficient risk mitigation factors.
The risk mitigation would involve the usage of the proper mitigation methods for ensuring that the risk can be sorted out by using the efficient and smart risk analysis. The mitigation of the risk factors is also one of the major factors depicting the use of the efficient risk management. The mitigation of the risk was aligned for easing the using of the proper formation of the functions and operations. The identified risks of the project are over budget, delay in schedule, construction problems, shortage of raw materials, and probable human mistakes that can be sorted out with the help of risk mitigation planning. These risk factors are explained below,
Over Budget: The problem of over budget is one of the most crucial factors for the project. The resources are one of the most crucial factors that is required for ensuring the completion of the project. The resources of the project was aligned with the activities for ensuring the execution. However, the budget limits the usage of the resources and hence resulting in limiting the scope of the project.
Work Breakdown Structure and Schedule
Delay in Schedule: The time or schedule for the project is a major factor that restrains the project and forms foundation issues with the completion of the project. The construction and IT installation projects was limited due to the time allocated for the execution of the project. The foundation of the major factors supporting the project activities are bounded by the time factor.
Construction Problems: The project quality is another major constraint for the project as the construction and IT technology was limited with safety and function limitation. The safety requirements and quality of the materials used is another major constraint for the project. The functionality of the system equipments installed in the new function installation. Hence, the problems in construction would result in forming major problems for the project.
Shortage of Materials: The resources of the project was aligned with the activities for ensuring the execution. However, the budget limits the usage of the resources and hence resulting in limiting the scope of the project.
