I have analyzed and found that the companies are benefitted to a large extent by using social media technology. The social media technology helps the companies to fulfill their existing targets. The companies also face different types of challenges in marketing and social media has helped them in overcoming the challenges. I have also learned that the branding of the company plays an important in marketing. I have seen that the social media users always keep the memory of the brand alive in their minds. This helps to create awareness of the product and thus it also helps in increasing the customer base. I have learned that the more the company advertises on social media, the greater will be the brand exposure and it will be more recognized by the people. This also allows publicity of the brand and thus it increases the profitability o the company. The value of this learning experience is that it will help me in judging the competitive advantage of the company. The companies can also gather more customers if the customers gives positive comments and reviews about the brand. The word of mouth publicity also plays an important role in marketing. The sales and profitability of the company will also increase if the people give positive comments and likes on the social media channels. I have found that the use of social media has completely changed the way and made communication and interaction easier (Rodriguez et al. 2015).

The learning process will help me in this course to know the impact of social media on the marketing processes of any company. As a marketing student, it will be easier for me to know how the companies can improve its business by uses different social media strategies. This learning process will also help me in the entire program and thus help in developing the business strategies. The online reviews and ratings which are based on different performance metrics include the brand, characteristics and the consumer choices. I have also found that the managers must identify and promote the company as much as they can in various social networking sites. This learning experience will also help me in future career to be a marketing manager of any company. It has given me an idea of how the companies use different social media marketing strategies to improve the profitability and sales of the company (Schivinski et al. 2016). I have also learned how the company can develop more cash and customers through the social media strategies. As social media is used for social interaction, the company has used scalable and accessible techniques so that it becomes easier for the company to expand. I have also found that social media is generally used by the company for promotion and it has helped the companies in increasing the customer base. The low cost monitoring tool which is used by the companies in marketing has benefitted the various companies. Social media has played an important role in reducing the cost of advertisement of the companies. It will also benefit me when I will be engaged in different marketing jobs as how to promote the company in within a low budget. I have found that social media is one of the important marketing tool which is gaining popularity within a quick time frame (Hajli 2014).

Brand exposure and increasing customer base

In the entire learning process, I have found that how social media helps the business organizations to grow in a very short span of time. I have also analyzed that social media also enhances the brand loyalty of the company and this also helps the organization to gain competitive advantage over its rivalry. I have also seen that the other forms of traditional marketing have benefitted the company but it has taken a long time frame (Yu et al. 2013). It is also important to adopt the proper marketing channel by the company so that it can expand its business easily. Every business organization or every modes of advertisement has pros and cons. Similar is the case with social media marketing. Although the companies are benefitted to a large extent by various networking sites, but there are certain disadvantages which are associated with it. Facebook and Twitter are the most important social networking sites that are used by different companies and it has been successful in a short span of time (Moreno-Munoz et al. 2016). I have also found the concept of hastage useful and unique for the companies to develop within a short span of time. This concept has helped the company to reach the target market directly and thus know the products and services. It has also taught me to make a careful investigation of the budget spent by the company on marketing which plays an important role in every organization The companies also carry out the effective promotion in a proper way. I have also found that social media marketing has also helped the company in overcoming the challenges and problems of marketing. Facebook is considered as the most effective tool of social media marketing as compared to the other tools of social media. Thus, I have found that the entire research was helpful and it will help me in my future career (Armstrong et al. 2015).

This research has helped me to analyze the secondary market and obtain various information as to how social media marketing has helped the companies in business expansion as well as development of marketing. It has also helped me to carry out further research work and this will help in improving the marketing process in the long run. The various key factors which are associated with social media marketing such as social websites, tools and promotional channels will make it easier to analyze and understand. It will also help me to improve the marketing processes of any business organization. It has also taught me to make a careful investigation of the budget which is used by different companies in promotion. The companies must also adopt the various processes to stay ahead in competition and to maximize the profitability (Agnihotri et al. 2016).

Importance of social media marketing strategies

I have learned in the initial stage why social media marketing is important for an organization. It will also help the organization in running the business efficiently and globally in a very short span of time. The issues which are associated with social media marketing are also analyzed in the paper. I have also found that social media channels are used by every organization in the marketing operation.  If the marketing promotions are carried out in a proper manner the overall aims and objectives of the company will be fulfilled in a short span of time. It has also helped me to carry out further research in the challenges which are faced by different companies and thus it becomes easier to tackle the issues of the company.  Although social media marketing is not an easy task for the different companies, but the marketing associates must find out alternatives means to make it easier in a quick span of time.  It is also necessary for the company in social media marketing to ensure that the product or content is genuine and therefore it becomes easier for the company to connect to more people (Tuten and Solomon 2014).

This learning will help me to be a successful marketing or digital marketing manager of any company. I can effectively manage and keep a close track of the social media marketing processes of any business organization. This has also helped me in developing my patience and also improves my monitoring skills. Moreover, it has also helped me in identifying the different challenges which are faced by different organization in social marketing. This research has also helped me in handling the different problems and thus improving the business operation of different organization. I have also found that the main motive of every organization is to interact properly with the customers and this is only possible through social media platforms. The main advantage of this platform is to keep the customers up to date in relation with the products or services. The other forms of traditional marketing are not effective for many business organizations because it had various loopholes and it also prevented the business personnel’s from interacting with its targeted market. This will help me in my future career as well as in completing the course successfully (Gainsbury et al. 2016).
