1. The chairman of UNICEF Child Care is John Smith and the organisation is run by certain group of people. Headquarter of the organisation is located in Sydney. The organisation is known to provide care and support for the under privileged children aging between six weeks and thirteen years. The children’s parents those who want UNICEF Child Care’s service will have to register and they can simply enjoy their service. They have to pay a minimal stipend every month.

• To build a platform so that the UNICEF Child Care can cater 24x7 services to the children through online
• To manage supplies products’ stock level across the five subsidiaries of UNICEF Child Care- Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Gold Coast
• To deliver yearly statement to the children’s parents
• To transmit thank you reply message to the children’s parents those who are willing to pay the fees online

UNICEF Child Care requires an IT team who will help them to design a CRM accounting software. The software will improve their business activities. The IT support team will install and configure the software in their systems across the five subsidiaries of UNICEF Child Care. UNICEF Child Care needs a cloud platform to host the CRM software online. The AMAZON AWS or Microsoft Azure can be a suitable choice for them. The employee staff and the admin staff can stay connected with each other across the five branches. The admin staff can keep track of the supplies products. UNICEF Child Care can communicate with the children’s parents.

They may seek help from third party vendor services. It will be better if they appoint an IT team in their premises.

1. The installation of the integrated system will be conducted in real time. The system depends on several periodic updates
2. The employee staff across the five branches will use the common database

iii. The IT support team will install and configure the CRM software in the employees’ system. They will take responsibility and will install the antimalware programs in the system in the system. He antimalware programs will safeguard them from the intruders’ threat

1. UNICEF Child Care will have to spend handsome amount of money to implement he software however, they can be assure that the software will benefit them in the long run.

1. The software must be prepared in a manner such that the software be used smoothly. It must be user friendly
2. The software must be prepared in a manner such that the software if gets corrupted by any means can be restored very easily

iii. The team will have to ensure safety and security of the software. The IT team must install the antimalware programs; the program will protect the system from the intruders’ attack.

The project manager has prepared the project plan. The project plan contains the list of activities along with the scheduled budget and resources for every project activities. The cost benefit analysis will help to know the possible outcome of the project. The project manager as well as the stakeholders can analyse whether the project budget will give them benefit or not.

The project plan is prepared by the project manager. The work break down structure illustrate the work packages in details that are needed to be carried out. The work break down structure image demonstrates the project dependencies as well. The project stakeholders can get to see he critical path of the project.

The gantt chart shows all the project activities in details. The workflow of all the activities can be acquired from the image. The critical path can be analysed from the diagram.

The project goal is to develop and implement CRM software. The children’s parents can be able to pay fees through their website. The employee staff and the admin staff can stay connected with each other with the help of the software throughout day and night 24x7.

Systems Requirements

They need to assign IT development team and IT support team. The developer team will develop the software and the support team will install the CRM software and provide necessary training.

The project scope is to develop the CRM software that will enrich their business performance in mere future. The software will keep track of the supplies products. The children’s parents can be able to pay fees through their online website. The parents can get the yearly statement as well.

The stakeholders’ list associated with the project are-

In this project three investigation methods have been implied. ‘Prioritise System Requirements’, ‘Defining System Requirements’ and ‘Gathering Information’ have been utilised that can be considered useful for this UNICEF Child Care project.

‘Gathering Information’ comes with certain useful facilities. The resource stakeholders can have an idea about the cloud CRM implication. The CRM software will interconnect all the subsidiaries of UNICEF Child Care. The administrators as well as the employees of the five subsidiaries can interact with one another. The administrators can manage the products’ stock. Therefore, UNICEF must seek immediate assistance from IT team and implement CRM software in their premises.

UNICEF must create an IT department for their premises. The business analysts and the administrators can have the general idea about the inventory’s stock and based on that they can order the products that they need. In this way, UNICEF can be aware of the advantages of CRM software from ‘Defining System Requirements’.

UNICEF Child Care can keep record of the inventory.  The CRM software can aid them to stay interconnected. These two advantageous features fall under ‘Prioritise System Requirements’. 

7. Reflections and Conclusions
   
   According to me, the software will provide several benefits to the employee staff and the admin staff. They can work 24x7 and provide excellent customer service. They can stay connected with the children’s parents all the time. According to me, the software is also beneficial, as the employee of the organisation can remain connected with each other. The admin staff can check the stock level and can order the products needed. The software thus will ease the business process.

I find this project very useful. I find out various means by which UNICEF can be benefitted by implementing the CRM Software. I believe UNICEF with the aid of CRM software can provide better support to the children. The administrators can manage the five subsidiaries well. UNICEF will be having a bright future.
