You will prepare a report on organizations that are headed by or started/founded by a prominent female entrepreneur in Saudi Arabia. You will write the report on one female entrepreneur in any five of the following categories: agriculture, retail, banking/finance, health, education, construction & Information Technology.
The report will contain the following:
- Brief introduction/background of the female entrepreneur and organization she runs
- Diagram of the organizational chart, will include names, titles and/or responsibilities.
- Organizational culture and management style
- Domestic and international locations and branches of the company. Also include total number of employees companywide
- Corporate Social Responsibility and managerial ethics within the organization
- Unique characteristics of each of these women, their teams and/or their organizations
- Challenges company faced by each of these women in their attempts to establish their businesses or head their various organizations.
Lubna Olayan is the CEO of Olyan financing company in Riyadh. The company was founded in 1947 by her father and now she is running organization. One of the most notable moments was be the first women to speak at Jeddah Economic Forum in 2004. She is also one of the key boards of member in the Arab Thought Foundation. Her organization is the Saudi’s most successful conglomerates having presence in different sectors. |
