Nando’s has conceived the idea of bringing in changes in the flavor in the chicken recipe that is prepared by the organization. The company is looking forward to undertake the recruitment of experienced chefs to bring forth the innovation in the recipes. The recruitment will be undertaken by the organization after their final launch is completed by the mid-April. The company will undertake the recruitment procedure in some 250 restaurants from 28th of April. It will be creating immense opportunities for the experienced chefs to display their creativity to support the needs of the organization to bring in the change in tastes.
The company is taking steps to bring in changes in the recipe of the peri peri chicken to suit the change in the preferences of the customers. The change will be helping the organization to maintain a sustainable approach in the Australian markets. The change in the tastes of the recipes will be helping the organization to bring in changes in the systems. Spokesperson for Nando’s, Colin Fowl said, “The innovation in the taste will be helping the organization to sustain the market competition.”

The change will be facilitated through the recruitment of some experienced chefs in the line of restaurants that falls under the flagship of the Nando’s. The special change in the recipe of the chicken will be associated with a coca cola drink, which will be served with a tinge of peri peri sauce in it. It will be bringing in a definite change of the flavor that was proposed by the company earlier.
The likelihood of the success for the innovation is being communicated to the employees and is quite convincing to the employees of the organization as the taste tests that were undertaken by the organization bore positive results for the same. On the other hand, the taste that is being planned by the organization is itself convincing for the customers, as the goodwill of the organization has not faltered since its inception, with all the innovations in the list.
Recruitment of Experienced Chefs to Create Innovation in Recipes
The strategy that is being undertaken by the organization of including the skilled chefs will be helping the same to bring in continuous changes in the systems of the business. The details of the recipe and the offerings of the organization will be flashing in their website and the social media sites where the company can expose their change ideas to a large amount of potential customers. It will be helping the organization to attract the attention of the customers and thereby bring in changes in their marketing policies.
The key policy of the organization, as stated by the CEO is to bring forth changes in the flavors to adhere to the taste needs of the customers. On the other hand, the differences in the tastes will be judged through the identification of the needs of the customers and the manner in which the company brings forth the changes through hiring specialized chefs to innovate new blending of the spices that was used previously.
The stakeholders of the organization might be affected through the changes in the functioning of the organization. The change might lead to a loss of different job roles that was held by the former employees, more specifically the chefs. The different changes in the structure and the performance of the business is dependent on the functioning of the strategy that is planned by the business.

I have also learnt the fact that self-awareness is all about identifying and understanding how my own emotions could affect my interaction with others as well as influence others’ emotional state. However, my own emotion can change from one moment to the next. It is also certain that I could experience a set of emotions at any one time. Additionally, I must mention the fact that an individual might have certain mental blocks to identify particular emotions for what they become and are. Once an individual is able to identify and understand his/her emotion, the person can gain the power to control them. On the other side, I have also learnt the fact that there is a significant impact of self-awareness on emotional experience and expression; this means emotional contagion could affect experience as well as expression. People often imitate the experiences and expression of others. Emotional Intelligence is further based on four different forming elements such as self-awareness, social awareness, self-management and relationship management (Collins and Cooper 2014). Additionally, it can be added that emotional intelligence plays a great role in recognising, regulating the emotion and realising how they affect others.
From the concept of teamwork, I have realized the fact that team is a concept that is adopted by the organization, to achieve different client projects. On the other side, a team remains as the collection of people who work together or are linked together to accomplish a set of common objectives. A large part of the work in a business entry is conducted in groups. Even though, individual personality of an individual is significant, the efficiency or the effectiveness often depends on the team in which they are working collectively to meet the objective. For example, in a team, there could be many individuals in which the members of the group individually help their leader to achieve the goals. I have studied an article on team development, where Malekoff (2015), differentiated the two terms by stating that a collection of persons who tend to work together in accomplishing a task and in a group a group of persons having collective identity joined together, to achieve a goal. Furthermore, there is another significant fact is that groups can be of two types formal and informal groups. For example, a formal group is developed by management and it can be regulated through a formal processes but an informal group is usually not established within the organizational structure (Sue, Rasheed and Rasheed 2015). On the other side, when it comes to a team work, the major role of a team is to make decisions and plans to achieve goals. Team usually reflect on and evaluate its own performance.

From the scholarly researches and articles on negotiation and conflict management, I have learnt the concept that negotiation is usually referred to the technique of communicating to advance individual interest with the help of a joint action. Negotiation remains as an interaction process in which two or more parties attempt to address differences, resolve issues and develop a mutually acceptable agreement (Powelson2015). Negotiation remains as a social skill which includes cooperation, conflict resolution and discussion. There are some approaches of negotiation such as position-based negation and interest-based negotiation. Hence, the position-based negotiation is based on what each part wants and each party takes a stance and strongly defend it. On the other side, conflict remains as the clash of opinions, values, needs and goals and conflict can arise when the needs of the individual or any parties are not met and when there is a difference of opinions or the expression of different values occur. In addition to this, weekly notes help me to understand that conflict could move through five different levels before it could reach a crisis range and these levels are such as discomfort, occurrence of incident, tension and crisis. It is certain that crisis can lead to damaged relationship among the parties or the individuals. Pines et al. (2014) mentioned that conflict can be of either approached or avoided and the general approaches to conflict may include three different approaches such as “approach to approach conflict” 2. Avoidance/ avoidance conflict and finally approach and avoidance conflict.
I have observed that intercultural communication includes a discipline that studies communication across multiple cultures as well as social groups. Such communication approaches describe a large range of communication techniques and issues that are naturally available within an organizational premises. Neuliep (2017) defined culture as the learned social behaviour that develops over time and culture is a shared view of the world which surround everything that people do. According to the principles of Hofstede culture theory, the culture may consist of unwritten rules of the social environment and it is known as the collective programing of mind that differentiates the members of one particular group from another. From the theory of Honeb and Frost I have found the culture is an integrated system of learned behaviour patterns that are usually characteristics of the individual of a society (Beugelsdijk, Maseland and Hoorn 2015). This large set of theories also help me to learn the fact intercultural communication remains as the sharing of meaning between the individual who belong to a different culture. On the other side, interculturalcommunication is a shared communication between the individuals of the same cultural groups.
