It helps in retaining the market (Hitt, Ireland and Hoskisson 2012). The strategies that are being formulated by the organizations help in determining the contingencies and thereby solve them. The strategies that are being formulated by the organization is kept as a secret for various reasons, failing to do which might lead the firm to face discrepancies in the market.

The report analyses the importance of the planning procedure and thereby understand the requirements of the organization to keep its strategies as a secret. The growth of the organization is based on the strategies that are being formulated based on the issues that the company faces.
