The presence of the company is in 191 countries all around the world. Headquarter of Nestle is in Vevey, Switzerland. It provides a variety of products such as baby food, breakfast cereals, tea and coffee, pet foods, bottled water, ice cream, medical food, snacks, confectionary, frozen foods, and dairy products (Success Story, 2017). The purpose of the company is to improve the quality of life and encouraging to a healthier future. They want to help in developing a healthier and better world. Further, they are also involved in activities that encouraging people to have healthier lives. This is the way they fulfill their corporate social responsibilities for ensuring the long-term survival of the company.
Nestlé’s vision is to be known as a wellness, health, nutrition, leading and competitive company by offering a good value to its shareholder. Along with this, they want to become favored supplier trading favored products, favored corporate resident and favored employer (Nestle, 2017).
Nestle Company wants to deliver good quality of food to people throughout their lives. Further, they want to improve the quality of life by successfully fulfilling the customer’s demands and resolving their issues (Jurevicius, 2013).
Nestle reflect its value by their method of conducting business. They are very particular about their set principles of honesty, concern for people and fairness. The company has set some standards which are non-negotiable for all the stakeholders connected with them (Nestle, 2017).
In the world, Nestle is recognized as the largest food company, it has some targets of sustainability and development. In the coming future, Company's technician team is looking forward to reducing the greenhouse gas emissions of products by 35% till 2020 (Climate Home News, 2013). Nestle is thinking to reduce the use of water in their products range by 40%, such as Perrier, Nescafe and Purina pet food. Further, company has committed in their 2020 objective that they will work in the direction of providing healthier lives to the 50 million children and recover the 30 million livings of the society who are related to the business activities and exert full efforts for reducing the effect of environment in their process ((Nestle, 2017).
Marketing objectives of Nestle are completely linked to the overall objectives of the company. In the whole world, Nestle wants to become the largest and only manufacturing brand of food and even the name of the company is synonymous with the products of high quality. The aim of Nestle is to reach the compatibility with global standards on environmental management systems. Along with this, its major focus is on building good relations with the government, business partners and with consumers (Learn 2 Groom, 2017).

Video Conference is a live connection of people in which two or more people interact with each by seeking each other with the help of screen in spite of staying at different locations. Visual communication is enabled by video conference between different people and it also offers facility of full-motion video images and best quality of audio at various locations. Apple's FaceTime, Google's Hangouts, and Microsoft's Skype are the services that have enables video conferencing universally on mobile devices and desktops with the feature of the camera (Tech Target, 2017). The important role is played by the video conferencing the business world as the communication becomes easy and smooth between different business and business units. Many business entities have made video conferencing as a necessary tool for interacting with their different business units and with stakeholders and for this, they have constructed a separate video conferencing room for conducting important meetings and for taking decisions related to business. Email is the process of sending computer-based messages by telecommunication. Email is used for communicating about important and confidential aspects takes place in the workplace. Nestle Company also use this technology for communicating with its stakeholders and to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of the information. The email also eliminates the communication gap between people and it also eliminates all the hindrances faced while communicating with people. The encoding of the email messages is done in ASCII TEXT. Along with messages, non text files are also transferred as an attachment such as graphic images and audio files but these files are transferred in binary streams. Email is a very famous tool as people use to operate internet just to transfer important information and details and due to that huge traffic is created on the internet. Maintaining records- Email is used by Nestle Company to maintain a record of their customer's complaints or feedbacks. These emails are saved in the inbox of the user until the time they are not deleted. It also eliminates the use of paper and has more importance as compared to paper documents.
Mass Communication- Email is considered to be an authentic social networking site used for transferring information or informing about something. The importance of Email is that it reaches to the group of people by maintaining the privacy of personal information of all the people. Nestle Company use this technology so they can transfer important information to a number of people at one go.

In the conclusion, it can be said that collaboration technologies have helped Nestle Company to increase their productivity and enhance their performance. It has increased the speed of decision making and smoothen the processes. As it is known that Nestle Company is worldwide known for serving quality of products in the food and beverages sector. But to reach this position they have faced lots of hindrances and controversies that came in their way. According to the company, the reason behind this success is the hard work of their vital human resource. The aim of the company is to provide healthier live to all the people by delivering good products worldwide and to attain that they use different collaboration technologies to interact with their business units and stakeholders present at different countries and locations.
