In this paper two types of diagrams are provided such as the sequence diagram and class diagram. The sequence diagram will be developed based on the role play provided and the class diagram will be created based on the sequence diagram. These diagrams will help to identifies the flow of the information and the users interact with activities including the messages will so be provided.
The sequence diagram is the type of interactive diagram that helps to describes how and what order or a group of objects that works together. This type of diagram is generally is used by the software developers and the business professionals in order to understand the requirements for the new system or process. Below the sequence diagram has been shown that is design based on the role play provided by using Microsoft Visio.

It is type of diagram which helps to describes the operations and attributes of the class and constraints that imposed on the proposed system. The class diagram is used in the object-oriented system modelling as they are only Unified Modelling Language that can be directly mapped with the object-oriented languages. Below the class diagram has been provided that has been developed based on the sequence diagram provided above by using Microsoft Visio. This diagram help to identify the classes and their associated attributes including the methods that each class will going to perform.
