Hard Drive- Hard drives of 3.0 Tb is required to be installed for installing the Windows Server 2012 R2 and storing all the data and applications. Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 ST3000DM001 3TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive is selected and the cost of the hard drive is $98.99 [4]. The hard drive has 7200 RPM for a better read and write speed.

Memory- Corsair vengeance LPX 8GB (1x 8GB) DDR 4-240 Memory is used for handling the task and decrease the response time of the system. It costs about $50.98 [9].
Storage- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5” 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive for storing the data and have a faster response from the system. It costs about $49.78 [10].

CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler. It costs about $220.98 and is used for increasing the air flow inside the cabinet and keep the gaming card and the other components cool.
Processors- Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor. It costs about $24.99 and is used for handling the high end games and run the high end applications.
Motherboard- Asus Z170-ATX LGA 1151 Motherboard. It costs about $153.89 and can run different SATA devices and increase the performance of the cpu.
Memory- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory. It costs about $92.99 and has a high frequency used for managing the application and the games running in the system.
Storage- Samsung 850 EVO- Series 250 GB 2.5” SSD. It costs about $94.75 and the data residing in the SSD can be accessed faster than the traditional hard drives.
Video Card- MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB Video Card. It costs about $440.99 and can run high end latest games without dropping the frame rates. The SLI feature of the video card gives the best gaming experience to the user because it have dynamic load balancing feature.
Cabinet- Phanteks ECLIPSE P400 ATX Mid Tower Case. It costs about $75.98 and is used for installing the graphics card and the cooling tower and keep the cpu cool.
Power Supply- EVGA Super NOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply. It costs about $74.99for supplying power to all the hardware devices connected in the CPU.
The cost incurred for building the Gaming Pc is as follows:

Answer to Question 2:
The server can be backed up regularly and this helps to secure the files and application data residing in the server computer. Automatic backup can be configured on the windows server and the files and the application data that is required to be backed up regularly is selected. The backup can be saved in the local server or exported to the cloud platform for making the system disaster proof. The windows server has a smart algorithm which automatically deletes the old backup files and when the storage location becomes full. One time backup of the system can also be created by using the Wbadmin or the windows power shell option [12]. The regular backup of the system makes the system to perform from any disaster and recover the system to the last backed up state.
Different risk is associated with the data backup are as follows:
Media Failure- If the media that is used for backup such as hard drive or data tapes gets corrupted then the whole data backed up in the media gets lost and causes a huge loss for the organization. The backup media can also be get stolen for illegal use and thus the media is required to be kept in a secured place and should be treated at a regular interval of time for eliminating the risk.
Human Error- human mistake is likely the most productive reason for reinforcement disappointments. For instance, if tapes are dishonorably put away between utilizations, is the subsequent disappointment a media disappointment or a human mistake [11].
