This is the final assignment of the subject and this assignment is connected with the previous assignment which i have attached for your references.The previous assignment was about project planing and my project plan was to implement a new software for Dorevitch Pathology.You can get all the details by referring o my previous assignment.

Part 1: Monitoring Report

Project manager plays a very vital role in managing a project and evaluating all the aspects related with the project. Project for the implementation of new software in Dorevitch Pathology was being initiated and now the team is working on the project so as to ensure that the same could get completed within the deadlines. As a project manager of such type of the project it becomes that all the things as well as aspects should be cross checked and evaluation should be done that the things should get managed within the time frame as well as the budget prepared to complete the project. Increase in the estimated cost as well as time is not tolerable at all because it will affect the profit margin of the company. Hence, the report is being developed so as to understand the requirements of the project with the effect of which analysis will be made by the project manager that whether the project is moving on the right direction or not and whether all the aspects planned while initiating the project are meeting or not.

For a project manager it is required that the project report should be monitored on the regular basis, without monitoring it is not possible that the project could be successfully get completed. In this section of the report various aspects like project plan, risk management plan and budget will be taken into consideration so that evaluation could be done that the project is being processed on the basis of the plans made while initiating the same (Flouris, et. al., 2016).

With the help of the resources like feedback of the team members, daily reports on the project checklists and daily meetings it could be evaluated that the project which is being formulated by the organization is effective (Evans, 2012). It could be evaluated that the project was initiated within the required time frames as decided which was 1^st May 2017 and the first phase which is the planning phase got completed on 12^th May 2017 which was a sign that each and every aspect of the project is under control and it is required that initiation of the project should be done on time so as to reduce the risk delay in the project. Now the work is under control and the training phase in which all the staff members were required to get proper training related with the project on which they are going to work is on its completion phase which is 9^th June 2017 also all the documentations related with the users are being done within the deadlines provided. Each and every aspect is being tried to get performed within the deadlines decided (Harris, 2011).

Part 2: Finalize And Close The Project

At certain phases problem occurred in managing the work on time but with the support of the team indulged in the project these criticality got managed as they were ready to work in the extended times and helped the project manager to ensure that the project phase will get completed within the time frame decided so as to complete the same (Hass, 2009).

Loss reduction was the prime focus of the team due to which they worked in the extended time also. Project team believed that if they will not work according to the time phase then the loss will incur which will affect the productivity as well as revenue of the project management company. In this situation they applied the loss reduction time management strategy and ensured to provide better as well as relevant set of support to the project and helped in completing the same within the deadlines (Petit, 2012).

Finalize and project closing is the phase in which there are many of the things which are required to be taken into consideration and which are required to be focused upon by the project manager. Understanding all aspects indulged in the above section it could be analyzed the team is performing according to the plans and is processing the quality work (Resch, 2011).

Appropriate training is being provided to the team members, it can be evaluated that the team members work in the extended hours to manage the work and ensure to provide relevant set of support for the project (Rose, 2010). Project manager provides extra incentives for extra work and also provides recognition to the effective worker. This helps the team in remaining motivated and helps them to work effectively on the project.

It could be analyzed that the budget which is being decided for the completion of the project is accurate as all the things are going with time and with the budget estimated for each and every phase. All the things related with the project are in favor and are working according to the plans. Hence, it could be analyzed that the project will get completed within the deadlines and will get completed according to the budget set by the project manager (Yi, 2015).

The project which is initiated for Dorevitch Pathology will help it to record and track all the information related with the people attached with it. Customer’s information will get recorded which will help the pathology to determine the dates on which the patients have came for the tests and what are the results for their report. This software will help in making the work of Dorevitch Pathology easy with the help of which its customers will get managed in a proper as well as effective way (De Leo, et. al., 2011).

The project will also help in initiating the team work and will explore coordination among them. Such type of projects ensures that the team could process the work with quality and show the effectiveness as well as efficiency with the effect of which work could be processed in the way in which the things are being planned by the project manager and helps the same to remain stick with the plan and ensure to provide the support which is required by company to process the work within the deadlines which are being decided for the completion of the same (Dedelyuk, 2016).

1. Yes the scope accurately represents each and every activity which was being undertaken t produce the project deliverables as the things were being done in the planned form and the action plan for each and every activity of the project was being developed. Bifurcation of each and every activity and time availed to those activities helped in completing the project with the deadlines and it could be assured by evaluating the aspects that each and every phase of the project are getting completed within the required deadlines only (Flouris, et. al., 2016).
2. Cost estimation and management of the cost was accurate, there were several set of things which went over to the budget but the project management company keeps the margin of such type of aspects and ensures that the work could get completed within the budget prepared (Evans, 2012). Incentives of the team members were pre-decided but these were from the side of the project management company which helped the company to motivate the team members with the effect of which they managed to work effectively on the project and provide the support which was required to the project so as to get completed within the deadlines decided in the planning phase of the project.
3. All the team members working on the project were provided appropriate set of training and they were being availed with the skills which could help them in managing the work in the crucial time (Harris, 2011). All the team members working on the project were cross trained so they were having the idea of managing the things in the way they are required to be. Team members working on the project knows how to coordinate with each other and they work accordingly and manage to maintain the rhythm which is required to manage any project.
4. The Final signoff of the project will be given by the project manager with the team members working on the project. It is required that the project manger should consider all the members who have worked upon the project and should ensure that agreement of closure of the project should get signed between the project management company and the owner of Dorevitch Pathology so that assurance could be made that the project is being terminated and is being completed on the basis of the terms decided between the company and Dorevitch Pathology (Hass, 2009).

Conclusion

At the end it could be concluded that all the aspects should be taken into consideration by the project management company while working on the project. A project should be reviewed and monitored on regular basis as then only it could get completed within the deadlines which are prepared. Completing the project within the deadlines is a responsibility of the project manager and so it becomes the responsibility of the team members also and team members should understand the criticality of the project and should work accordingly and help in completing the same within the deadlines prepared by the project managing organization.
