This indicates their lack of man power in the relevant fields.

The customer class comprises of people who lead a certain level of luxurious life and can afford a lifestyle with such high security device. Since security is a major concern for all people, all those who can afford it will be inclined to buy it. Key resources will be the internal members of the Research and Development team (Dijkmans, Kerkhof & Beukeboom, 2015). Channels that are been used by the company are inclusive of social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter to publicize the company’s name and its products. Other e-journals and e-news websites along with blogs have also been used or at least planned to be used for advertisement. The required are of expenditure for the Zero Zero Company is the hardware for manufacturing the devices. The payment towards employment wages and providing sufficient technology for the workers is also a big challenge in terms of finance. 

The factors that essential and mandatory for the business model to succeed in reality is called the critical success factors. As the name suggests, these are absolutely crucial for the business to thrive (Bhattacharya, 2014). The major challenge for the Zero Zero Robotics would be to incorporate the two fields of selfie drones with artificial intelligence and providing security on all scales of numbers. Thus the first critical factor would the accumulation of the two. However, if the product is to sold on an individual scale as well, the pricing has to be made sure. Initially the company cannot launch different deices for each different usage. Hence, the second critical factor would the pricing of the device in the market.

The necessary steps and administrative decisions are to be taken accurately.

To produce a good quality group project work, all the members of the group need to contribute equally and to their best. The other members of the group have been immensely helpful and have worked to their best for this project. All have come up with novice ideas that have ultimately helped in producing this report (Osterwalde, & Pigneur, 2010).
