Part A – Module 4 Discussion Forum
In assessment 2 Part A, students will use their project developed for Assessment 1 and identify enterprise environmental factors (EEF) of the project.
Propose a tool or technique they intend to use for qualitative and/or quantitative impact analysis of EEF.
Justify why the selected tool/technique is appropriate.
Assessment 2 Part A – Proposal and justification of tool or technique for qualitative and/or quantitative impact analysis will be posted individually by the first half of the module in Module 4 discussion forum. Students will complete their response to their peers by the end of Module 4.
Part B – Impact Analysis Report
In Part B, students will assess the feedback received from their peers in Module 4 discussion forums. Students will incorporate appropriate feedback and then submit a report on the impact analysis of EEF identified within 1500 words. The report should address the following:
Evaluation of the internal and external factors and their impact on project management processes
Development of strategies to implement appropriate course of action
Communication on project management processes and outcomes to diverse stakeholders
The different internal, external factors and effect on the project management processes
The EEF or “Enterprise Environmental Factors” helps in gaining the desired outcome of any project. This is helpful both externally and internally. Further, the market conditions, government regulations, political scenarios, environmental situations and culture are regarded here. This is because these factors get out of control of management.
Hence, the management of EEF is very much vital for all the project teams. They put a significant impact on the project’s accomplishment. Thus the literature is documented to recognize the EEF’s impact analysis.
The following report demonstrates the various internal and external elements. Further, the disparate effect of these on the process of project management is also considered here. The multiple strategies have been developed for imposing different proper reasons for the course of actions. The associated communications on the process and the results of the various stakeholders are also considered here.
