The chief executives at the current situation are trying to overcome the critical challenges thus developing the economic condition of the organization as well as country’s too (Floyd & Fowler, 2009).Criticism expressed in this article also further determines the strengths and weakness of the report. The report has detailed the importance of three fundamental management skills which are listed below.

- Skill management by employees to generate maximum output.
HRD should focus on analyzing employee’s skill management by supporting them for their individual skill development and further reward them for their good work.
The following article provides a brief idea on the present business environment of New Zealand. It also explains details with clarity connected to the topic. The topic is discussed on the favor of the development of the organization in all aspects and it is further indentified by the thesis statement. Although the management and international business departments have contributed for various aspects by taking field study and methodology as an approach to meet the challenges of the present environment. “FINDING” is something which cannot establish a strong and capable management. As far as industrial growth is concerned this case acts as an authentication for lot of information obtained from various high level authorities. These views are providing strength for helping and revamping organizational structure. Further negativity of this case is not defined in managerial capabilities. Only critical observation of the industry along with gathering the survey which further means analyzing the critical issues by elaborating various points (Purdue University, 2016). The last reference is indicating various aspects of the field work which is adding strength to the article. This reference has been taken from academic resources like books and journals. Industry of Xlen Zoland belongs to a different sector and a brief research is conducted on it. Managerial ability is not reflected in the article thus it does not indicate enough strength of this case. Moreover the case has majorly focused on the view points of higher authorities i.e. CEO’s opinion on the difficulties and challenges faced by the industries (Cahan, 2003). Other factors like private and public sector are absolutely different structure and concern and emphasis is not laid upon these factors. Private sectors are genuinely concentrated on profit making but public sectors are not profit oriented. Here the data was presented and indicated for the entire sector but at the same time quality is not taken care neither it is specifically mentioned. The analysis was done on percentages of the respondents and the discussion based on the risky factors faced by the organization (Lislie, 2011).
In my opinion and observation CEO has understood critical challenges in the current situation and how the managers can help for skill development. After analyzing data based on information in market condition and technology it reveals that human resources is the trend for development process and best way to minimize gap of internal and external observation. According to this thesis in my view Australian capital to labor ratio is much higher as compared to New Zealand. Australian economy is good due to mining and quarry industry. Only solution according to economic research of New Zealand is non performance of capital industry where capital generates from core industry which is based on productivity cycle of industry. It also requires management development for managerial skill and handle situation and perform on socio economic condition. Further, it is better to take suggestion from foreign entrepreneur those who are running in whole world competitive environment. People should also take advice from foreign company for good management practice. Due to globalization of industry most importantly organizational challenges and competiveness are new in business. To resist this chaotic environment in product competition and disequilibrium as well as uncertainty in industry it requires skill management and restructured organization for defining and ability to face competition for growth in business. Managerial ability is to be viewed and understand the basic need of organizational behavior.
This article provides information is solely dependent on the opinions and views of the CEO’s with respect to the challenges faced in the organizations.A clear differentiation is done between profit and non-profit organization with ample amount of data. Firstly the quantitative data was generated and presented for the following organizations and further their analysis was done as a percentage of the respondents who gave a rating of one for every item like ‘1’ which meant that it was among the first 3 to 5 challenges that their organisation was facing or was one of the most risky issues that their organisation was facing. It was then carried by the qualitative data which further generated quantitative responses.
Conclusions and central arguments were presented by the author in a very clear and practical manner. The arguments and conclusion is further supported be the evidences provided in various paragraphs. Conclusion paragraph says that the complex situation in the country usually consist of changing market and innovative technologies. In this kind of scenario state holder’s support is often guarded and conditional due to the fluctuating market conditions. A war can be witnessed for talent acquisition in the current scenario further there is a requirement to reframe the models of business in order to answer and fit the current ambiguous market. Management of uncertainty along with renewal, management of business partners and stakeholders and management of people and limited resources are found to be significant. Both of them are professors in HRM in the University of Auckland’s “Management and International Business” department and have made significant contributions in their field of work. However, a major weakness is that their present article has also been cited in only a few studies.
Strength and Weakness of the Article
The results are given these authors in the detailed manner and further with the help graphical statistics the key findings are produced to the audience. These findings basically relate to implications on the management capabilities. The rest of the topic is carried out with a logical conclusion that will help the human resource managers to enhance the managerial skills of their managers and further generating a trained work force which will be capable of surviving in each and every environment of business culture. The authors have tried to convey his research to the audience in a clear manner (Metcalfe, 2002).

The flow of ideas can generate various developments of managerial ability in a critical situation by identifying the gap of research and analysis issue. Chief Executive suggestions have also given a fine shape to growth in private, public and domestic industry in organization development (Randolf, 2009).This particular case study also provides a detailed analysis on the changes of business in New Zealand and the recommendations were given by the author which are having good strategies; hence this can be followed by the respective organizations so that they can survive in the current situation.
