1. Organisational goals — describe the overall purpose or mission of the business, what direction the business will take, where it will go in the future and how it will get there. Organisational goals come under different categories, remember to give examples of these from the case study. Objectives are more specific than goals. Explain the difference between them and describe what objectives are and how they must be set out in order to be successful. You should also give examples of objectives (again based on the case study). Remember that objectives can change over time. Also external factors could force the business objectives to change, for instance new competitors entering the market. Policies and procedures are used to support organisations in achieving goals and objectives, outline policies or procedures that are used or could be used in the case study and explain why they are used. 
All of the above should be explained fully with examples from the case study to support your explanations. 
2. It would be useful to include an organisational chart in this question to help you identify the line, functional and staff relationships. It will also illustrate how authority and responsibility is delegated throughout the company as well as the chain of command and span of control which are all evident and make it easy for you to relate it to the case study. You should also define the informal organisation in relation to the case study and describe the social relationships that may exist in the company, how communication flows with these relationships and how this can affect the company. 

3. The best way to start this question is to draw a diagram with all of the components of an open system. Then explain how the system works — giving examples of inputs, processes and outputs from the case study. Remember to explain the importance of feedback with examples from the case study to support your explanation. 

Then explain how the internal and external environment can affect the various parts of the system. Carry out a PESTEC analysis when explaining the external factors and a SWOT analysis to describe factors which can affect the system and the effect each factor may have. Again use examples from the case study to do this. 
4. Identify both internal and external stakeholders i.e. employees, owners, customers, lenders, etc. Explain the interest (what they want from the business) and influence (how they may affect the business) that various stakeholders of Fraser Foods have regarding the business.
5. Businesses must be able to measure output, whether they measure output of specific tasks or overall achievement doing so will enable them to control performance throughout the organisation and achieve the goals and objectives set. There are various methods of control available to organisations, but all involve setting and agreeing standards and targets. You should describe the methods used in the case study or suggest methods that may effective in controlling output. You could use Child's strategies of control to categorise the different methods here together with other methods that are used in the case study and how effective they are or could be in planning and controlling organisational output.
