Introduction

The report presents a brief overview of the education of the children. It explains the significance of early childhood education. It tells that how the society discriminates between poor students and rich students. It explains the rules of social justice, current government policies, and framework. It describes the future strategies and practices to reduce the discrimination between rich people and poor people.

Discussion

Social justice means making fair decisions in the eyes of society. It states that every individual has his own rights. It also states that every individual has the right to live freely as they want and they have all the education and democratic rights. It is a way of satisfying human needs in the social environment. This makes people aware of their rights. Every individual is equal in the eyes of law and every citizen has the right to live on his own wish. The law is equal for all. It differs from individual to individual how they take it. Same way law has also given the right to education to each and every person. Still, there are certain social issues that make the social justice and injustice aspect.

Social justice

The issues related to social injustice occur everywhere. The Children from a very young age are taught about the power that a male holds than that of a female. From very young age they develop the mindset of society. They are taught about class, languages, discrimination. In shaping such mindset and such values, families are equally responsible as the society. They are thought about the do’s and don’ts and if’s and buts’ at an early age. This becomes the drawback of their early childhood learning (Duhn, 2012).

Social injustice is a relative concept about the unfair and injustice practices prevailing in the society. It relates with the burden of inequalities. It gives a picture of humanity. The concept is different from other views of individuals and society. The social justice is a platform for the political parties thus, they are coming into existence. Social injustice is the reflection of unequal advantages and disadvantages in the society (Pianta, Barnett, Sheridan & Justice, 2015).

The unequal wealth distribution creates the section of society. People with good living gets the chance to meet the requirements of education easily, whereas, it is difficult for the poor people to work for the living and earn money to educate their children. The education system in today’s world has become so wide that it requires plenty of money to spend on the children education. It is difficult for the poor people to learn how to read and write (Macpherson, 2013). The education system is not only growing with advancements but also has become expensive and costly. Therefore, poor people are not able to afford money for the education of children. The wealth is distributing in such a manner that the rich get richer and poor remains stable.

Income inequality

Figure 2: Income inequality

(Source: https://ourworldindata.org/income-inequality/)

This leads to conflicts and disputes between the rich and the poor sections of the society. It is the situation that one who has everything and a poor with nothing. Therefore it becomes easier for the one who has to get an education but the poor will provide education to their children and other basic amenities due to a shortage of money. The impact of such distribution relates to the significance of education. Rich people are easily able to send their children to get an expensive education and still remain rich, but the poor are not able to send their child (Taylor & Giugni, 2012).

The major gap difference between in the education system is not only among the children of poor and rich class but also the difference is seen in the poor and great teachers, also between the poor design of courses and good design of courses, between the programs created by the user and the program created by the professional. By accomplishing such gaps, the aim of extending the growth of pedagogies will extend the growth of the education policy. The richer section of society who has higher income can hire the tutors for teaching their child personally but children of the poor section have no such advantage. It’s hard for them to pay the fees of school (Carroll, Slacalek & Tokuoka, 2014).

In this matter, the government can help them by paying for the school studies. They can help them by giving a free allowance to study and the government can pay the fees of the school of the children. It will make these students score well and good marks and they will get success. Making the after school hours learning free can result in a good number of successful students. They will be able to score well in the tests. It will make the school reputation (Fredriksen, 2012).

There is a big distance in the poor student and rich student.  Children who come from rich families perform better in school compared to lower-income families. The students who belong from rich families they gain the good education and they get admissions in top colleges. Thus, poor students are not able to afford the money.  It is essential to increase and encourage academic and educational achievement. Equal education and opportunities should be provided by the government.  The government should provide equal rights to the poor children (Cairns, Angus, Hastings & Caraher, 2013).

It is a major issue which is faced by the society. The poor and rich people are treated differently. The rich section of society gets the advantage of the education system. They are welcomed by the committee warmly. They do not have to face any difficulty in education for their children. Whereas, poor people with less income generation has to face a lot of trouble in getting an education. It becomes a burdensome thing for them to literate their children easily. The right to education states that education is allowed to all. But on the other hand, there is no satisfaction given to the rural areas (Zoghbi-Manrique-de-Lara, & Suárez-Acosta, 2014). The only difference is the wealth generated by rich and the wealth generated by poor. The government should be warm towards the poor by lowering fees. The government gives scholarships to the poor students but not all poor children are capable of getting it.Thus, the government should work hard to provide education to poor children. This unfair practice of rights leads to discrimination. There should not be the discrimination between rich people and poor people in the society. The discrimination of rich and poor has shown a great impact on the field of the education system.  The gap between these two sections of society is increasing day by day. This is the influence of inequality. The riches are unaware about the law of justice. Everyone is equal in the eyes of law. But the discrimination between the individuals is such that there is no understanding between these two sections. These policies have an impact on the social issues (Deere, Oduro, Swaminathan & Doss, 2013).

It is very important to educate the children since the early age of at least 4 years. It is said that “the first schooling of a child starts from home”. The early education is something where they learn about life in a first stage. At this age whatever the child seeks from others are the values. It does not only refer to the values given with reference to schooling but also the values that we inculcate in their minds. The care shown towards them makes them a human of feelings and understanding emotions of others. It makes them understand about life and the gestures (Brown & Chu, 2012). The education we can say begins from childhood only. The importance of early education and care makes them a person of good thoughts and can also transform into bad thoughts depending upon the education given to the children of the first stage. It is an age where the emotional, social and cultural development of infants starts. At their early age, they learn about the inconsistent things. Everything they hear is an outcome of bright future. The importance of early childhood is necessary as at this stage they start understanding the concept of life ( Aron & Loprest, 2012).

The Government has set many laws to promote education. They have started various schemes and programs by which people are able to get an easy education. They provide scholarships to the deserving candidates, may it be rich or poor, the give loans to the one who cannot afford the education expenses, etc. The policies are made to reduce the burden of the poor people and make the education system reach to them. The work is done in making the policies is a very difficult task (Milteer, Ginsburg & Mulligan, 2012).

Education policy is a collection of principles and policies of the government and it is also the collection of rules and regulations made or set by the law. But this is important that the government policies are being operated. The government has set a relief to the people of rural areas by laying different policies and programs. They have issued various policies to show the work done by government in helping the poor section to get the right amount of education (Ball, 2012).

In September 2014 the government laid early learning schools for 2-year-old children. It introduced childminder agencies, constructed more schools for the children who offer nursery and playing provisions. It also initiated a helping hand to the parents by introducing “tax-free children scheme” in 2015. Assam introduced “free higher education for poor”. By doing this they are developing the education system. For example; by sending government school teachers go abroad for training, by introducing the young of distributing free laptops to the students (which is for adults). These policies are made to expand the future of the country and also by giving each and every child a chance to showcase their talent. The right of children to free and compulsory education, 2017 states that the education of the poor people is free and compulsory (Krieger, 2012).

Pedagogically refers to something which relates to teaching. It is a system of getting an education in a different way. The setting is generally seen in big institutions. They have the capability of using the technologies and have professional teachers who can teach with it. In today’s world, the education courses are using advanced technologies. The technologies are used by the teachers to carry out pedagogies that are relevant and needed. The main thing by which this pedagogy is achieved is through the use of popular culture. The teachers in order to make the student learn about the subject use such technologies. It becomes easier for them to deal with students and makes the class interesting to learn. They use the popular culture to provide the authentic and relevant information to the students. It becomes interesting for the students to focus in the classroom. It becomes comparatively easy for the students to complete the assigned task. The concept of pedagogical is a way of utilizing popular culture. It is a way to of exploring and expanding health education classrooms (Darling-Hammond, 2015).

The education system of government is planning for the growth of the country. The policies planned and the practices of the education are planned to keep in mind the people of rural areas. The demand for education in the rural areas has increased. The four important elements of education system policy, they have been discussed below.

  • Making the accessibility and availability of primary education easy so it can be accessible and available to all the children. This will become easy for the next generation to get an education. Such is the policy made by the government to promote education for future (Bowe, Ball & Gold, 2017).
  • They will focus on the availability of education mainly to the female section of society.
  • Education will be made to meet the actual requirements of the population. It will relate to the education being given to employment and labor, showcasing better skills, being aware of the education and other related issues.
  • Maximum utilization of the opportunities with the up to date advancements in technology. This will make teaching and learning interesting and effective.

The language of education has to be meaningful that the child can understand it easily. It should be interesting and should also interest children. The government will ensure equality in the education system and will give lifelong opportunities to all the children of rural areas. They will conduct various seminars relating to education to carry out the bright student. They will also develop pre-school for the children at an early age; they will incur the education expenses of the students they will send to abroad. In short, pre-school education will be given to the students. It is a guideline for ensuring the security and safety of the children. This will make easy access in knowing about the school or institution. This will tell the education policy of the school. The government should protect the rights of the children (Carneiro, Meghir & Parey, 2013).

Conclusion

After various researches, it has been analyzed that education is mandatory for every child. The government should provide compulsory education to the poor children. Some effective scholarship should be provided by the government to girls. It should the education and other opportunities to the poor students.  In this way, the government can provide equal rights and opportunities to poor and rich students.
