During the design and implementation of the system for the headspace project it is essential for the project team and project manager to understand the needs, requirements and expectations of the young adults and teenagers from the system. Therefore, a detailed survey needs to be conducted for understanding the user requirement. For gathering the raw data a questionnaire has been distributed among the teenagers and young adults of NSW.

Description:  The above use case demonstrate the process used by healthcare providers and the “Young Adults and teenagers of NSW” for accessing the treatment solutions. For this process, the healthcare providers provide solution that included considering the case of the teenagers and guiding the patients. On the other hand, “young adults and teenagers of NSW” can access the treatment provide for them based on the information provided by them.

Description:  In this use case, the “young adults and teenagers of NSW” share their personal stories that required logging in to the system and extend to providing personal information in the system.

Description:  In this use case, the healthcare providers access the stories provided in the information system. The use case also extends to obtain the information of the patients and developing the case notes for the patient from the information provided.

Description:  In order to provide information about their health problems and issues, the young adults and teenagers of NSW needs to create their individual profile with the system for obtaining and sharing their mental health care services.
