1. Johnson & Johnson like other renowned multinational organizations, had established a functional type of structure during its initial operations. The structure at J&J constitutes around 180 distinctive operating segments which involves McNeil Consumer Products, Ortho Pharmaceuticals along with J&J Consumer Product (Johnson & Johnson, 2018). The company further introduced products like Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo and adhesives whereby each unit has been organized independently and the whole business operation has been regulated by the Johnson & Johnson Family Headquarters (Johnson & Johnson, 2018). However, such a decentralized structural formation of the company facilitates its employee base to develop them within the organization and further aids the employees to generate innovated ideas to effectively introduce various products and technologies in order to accomplish the customer needs and demands (JnJ.Com, 2018).

I gathered an inclusive awareness of the company’s consistent ethical values and standards which further determines an essential code of principles and morals.
