The Event Planning phase basically discusses regarding the event, analyses the main event benefits and to whom and where the benefit will be applied. The structure of the event is a very vital part of the plan since depending on the structure the event cost estimation will be done and displayed. Thus estimation of the overall participation is done. The development of the final event will be created by the event-planning phase. As per the estimation, the approximate number of day that is required for the phase is 7 days. Respectively the Event Preparation Phase will be conducted within 14 days and Event Execution phase is 27 days. The Event closing is one of the most important part as well since this deals with the safety and confirmation of the targeted audience is done. This also analysis the documentation of Event and analysis of the success of the event along with total stakeholders available for the project. Thus, by the above table we can analyze that the total estimated time required for the event management of  A Fashion show will be almost 54 days in total.

Conclusion

The form business specifically has made considerable progress and has developed into one of the biggest ventures on the planet. PC is an innovation, which has produced extraordinary fervor in many branches of material industry. It is also indispensable to name a few services provided by the outsourcing societies that complete the fashion show event. It is necessary to have security during the event, hosts that accompany the guests to their seat, photographers, camera operators and a catering service for the after show. Security service is provided by special agencies according to the location, the guest numbers, the presence of celebrities and famous models. The estimated budget has been done by keeping some amount in the Event Reserve management. The director, who relies on his professional skills in that field, chooses the photographers and camera operators. It is easy to find agencies that provide hostesses and catering services, but it is difficult to find reliable organizations that are able to offer high level service, so the company ends up relying on their usual trustworthy agencies, that can guarantee good quality services.

Recommendation

Recommendation 1: The event must be organized in an open space for the audience to enhance the beauty of nature and understand the dedication of the event designer towards the sustainability of things.

Recommendation 2: It’s a must to provide a design by recycled things only.

Recommendation 3: There can also be a mini program for the children to understand the importance of recycling things and protect the environment from unwanted diseases.
