The politics of a country are defined by a number of different factors ranging from the idea of politics social welfare to the governance in the society.

North Korean Governance

The politics of a country are defined by a number of different factors ranging from the idea of politics social welfare to the governance in the society. One of the significant factors to be heeded in this context is the fact that the people in the society are influenced by the ideas of the governance and the social welfare depending on the ideologies that the government runs on. The comparative politics takes into consideration the different aspects ranging from the ideologies of individuals and the people who want to work for the welfare of the people in the society (O'neil 2015). The different things that is to be taken in the consideration while comparing governing aspects of the different policies that have been implemented in the countries one has to understand their politics. The government of Australia and North Korea are very different than each other regarding governance.

The North Korean region is one of a kind in the whole world, and it is based on the communist ideology. The idea of governance is very tyrannical and enforcing, and the law practised in the country are not in favour of the overall good for the people and the society. The governance is done by the head of the state and the chosen assembly of the people by the great leader. The idea of the election is just a farce in the country as there is usually only one candidate chosen by the head of the state. The government in the country does not take into account the ideas of developing a sustainable society but focusses on the enforcement of the different tyrannical policies. In most cases, the people here are forced to work in destitute conditions and live in extreme poverty. There are minimalistic freedoms and liberties that people have and almost no contact with the outer world which curbs the freedom of the people in the present society which is globalized (Lankov 2014). The country is divided into nine provinces and two municipalities governed by the representatives chosen by the head of state. The state run on the ideal of anarchy, Japanese ethnic ideals of politics and extreme laws under the leader leave the people with little or no human rights. There is no place for the expression of Ideas as the whole country focuses on the inculcation and the implanting of Ideas in the minds of the people and children through the propagandist way of communication (Cha and Kang 2018).

Australian Governance

Little is known about the country by the world or about the world inside the country because of the ways in which North Korea has enforced stringent communication laws. The rule under Kim Jong Un is simply tyrannical, and any voice of dissent is shut with extreme measures. On the other hand, there is also no space for pretty crimes that the people have to commit in such an impoverished country has the government has to make the basic needs of the people in the society (Kihl and Kim 2014). The economic divide in the country is way too much because of the nature of the government which is incredibly corrupt and non-transparent. The whole idea of governance is based on the idea that the people in the society should be working towards the welfare of the country. Despite this, in the approach, the government become tyrannical and enforces strict ways in which the people are made to work (Macdonald 2018). The state does not have any internet connection access with the world and no other communication with the world. The only channels telecasted in the country are the government approved ones who promote the propaganda of the government, and the country is closed off to internet connections.

The country of Australia has one of the most transparent governance is in the world. The Governance of the country is under the queen represented by Governor Attorney General in the country. However, the country is run by the Prime Minister and has a bicameral legislature. The political system of Australia is democratic where the people in the society vote for the leaders that they want to choose. The choice of democracy plays a significant role in the maintenance of the sustainable society giving a chance to all kinds of people to establish their voice in the nation. The people in the nation along with the different ideas and ideological differences acknowledge to express their opinions and have freedom of expression (Coleman 2016). The governance in Australia entirely focuses on the transparency and the overall social welfare of the people in the society. Being a multicultural society Australia also taken into targeted different factors that affect the ideal set the cultural innovations of the various ethnic group that represents. The transparency and the perfect state of governance in the country are based on the very popular and proper communication channel using which the government highlights every move it makes and the overall process of implementation (Downer 2015). The government focuses on building a harmonious group in the society so that the country can develop taking into account the different ethnic groups that live there.

Differences Between Australian and North Korean Governance

Australia is a country made of people from different ethnic backgrounds as that work people mover and who are known as the aboriginals are the first people of Australia or the colonisers who came from different parts of Europe. The Australian government and the politics works on the idea of the social welfare working towards the complete improvement of the people in the society (Melleuish 2015). The governance policies of Australia focus on the welfare of the different people in the society. The governance is divided between the central government the local governing bodies which take care of the states and the territories. The members of the legislative assembly are voted in for a tenure of 3 years which is another critical factor in the ascertaining the proper governance in the society. The governance pattern of Australia profoundly focuses on the overall development in the society and the infrastructural development for the social welfare of the people. The government also has an entirely open policy towards freedom of expression and the criticism of the policies that are being implemented so that they can be improved for overall sustainability. The government policies depended on the people in the society for the feedback and based on the feedback the government makes new policies or amend the previous ones (Simms and Stokes 2015). The policies are also available to the people in the society and whoever wishes to access them without any issues so that the fundamental Human Rights that are given are known to the people of the country beforehand.

The difference between the governance policies of the Government of Australia and Korea very evident as the governments have two very different approaches towards the people. The people in the Australian society despite being from the multicultural background have ideas about their freedom and their rights. The North Korean people have been fed so much propaganda that they believe that servitude is the only way of life and it is followed globally. The significant difference lies in the education and the overall acculturation of the people in the society and the ways in which government plays its role in it. While the Australian government focuses on the development of the people and the society the North Korean Government focuses on a culturing the people into their ideology (Lee and English 2016). Example of the difference in attitude of the government is evident in how the people are educated in the society. Australian government education policy which works towards the cognitive and the overall behavioural development of the children along with educating them (Mayer 2014). The social cognition and the overall development of the future are paid no heed in the North Korean Government which teaches only propagandist books in which make the people believe in the great leader or Kim Jong-un. The lack of the right of choice is another critical issue that can be highlighted in the political scenarios between the two countries. In the case of Australia People are free to choose the government of their choice, but in Korea, it is not possible.

Education Policies in Australia and North Korea

The whole idea of North Korean education is based on the side of hatred towards the Americans and improving the policy of education speeches the ideals of the greatness of leader and his accomplishments in the society. The other idea which can be understood in correlation to the comparative politics of the two countries is the way human rights and other policies are being treated. It is suitable to say that the general living conditions of North Korea are worse than the presence of Australia. The people have to work hard to sustain themselves and have minimalist that's in the society. The North Korean human rights are known as the policies there are dependent on the dictator mentality and how he chooses to do things (Gauthier 2017). The policies however in Australia are dependent on the primary focus towards the social welfare of the people and their society than just the implementation of the policies (Cunneen Goldson and Russell 2016).

Therefore it can be said that the overall policies of Australia and Korea are entirely different and opposite to each other as far as the governance and the social welfare is concerned. The Governance of Australia focuses on developing the country into an ideal state which focuses on the Welfare of the people. Contrarily, the Governance of North Korea still in its approach and focuses only on the whims and fancies of the great leader and Furious people in the society. The whole idea of the development of a new society is not known in the Korean society and the people there believe what they are heard because all the communication channels with the outer world have been closed. In contrast, the Australian government gives more and more exposure to the different cultures and societies and has a place for the voices of decent for the criticism and overall development.
