The performance and the business related plans are also a part of the organisational requirements. The processes, the systems and the procedures for the quality assurance related purposes are a part of the organisational requirements. The initiatives related to the specific changes are another major part of the organisational requirements of the café. The protocols and the standards that are followed are related to the requirements of the café. The security and the confidentiality related requirements of the café are a part of the organisational requirements for holding the meetings. The resource based parameters of the café are related to the requirements of the organisations that are related to organising the meetings. |

The employees need to dress in such a manner so that they are able to represent the business related operations that are performed by the organization. Another major issue was related to the ways by which the complaints of the customers need to be addressed in an effective manner. The members need to listen to the entire complaint without interrupting them. The item that is receiving complaints needs to be removed from the product offerings of the café immediately.
